The apartment is very nice. I struggled getting in but the host was very nice and able to get everything taken care of quickly. The windows do leak so make sure you pack an extra blanket or two if you plan on sitting on the couch watch TV in the winter. This is my first VRBO experience and hopefully will have more great experiences.
This plave was amazing clean, roomy ,very nice and convenient. We loved it and we will return to stay in the near future thank u for an amazing place to stay..
The inside of the place was nice and perfect for my stay, it’s only 10 minutes or so from downtown but the neighborhood needs work and it was dirty with garbage cans overflowing all over. Wished the patio was opened and cleaned to use. Communication with host was great!
Thank you
My father and I needed a place to stay for our long weekend watching the College World Series. It was easy to find the property, Teayanna was incredibly helpful and communicative, and the property had everything that we needed for our trip. We would absolutely stay here again.

Cute looking apartment with nice furnishings
The place was a cute apartment inside looks rough from the outside. In a rough neighborhood that I’ll never want to go back to again. Communication was not great was told she’d message me the day of for time for check in. Wasn’t contacted at all till I called her and she didn’t answer but called back. A/C was useless was 77 the entire time when I set it to 66 so we could cool off from activities outdoors that day and evening. Hard to sleep in the heat and with the beds being so stiff.
Many years I have travelled with my daughters for volleyball tournaments and have dreaded hotel stay. The complementary breakfast is blah, nosies from the rooms around you are noisy, and the shower water temp varies.
The host for 353 Park provides a beautiful updated space in an older residence to relax and rest between our game actives. The dining area was awesome for the 5 of us to share home cooked food compared to expensive dining and fast food over load. Beds at first worried me but I slept like a baby. I am not used to memory foam. My teens loved the ability to log in to Netflix in the evenings on the smart tv. Bathroom and kitchen has everything that is needed minus the food we packed. I packed soap but body wash was available.
Whenever I need to travel to Omaha again I would for sure book again!!!! Price was right with wonderful amenities. Super easy access to downtown Old Market area where our Volleyball tournament was located.
Host Teayanna was very easy to contact through text if I had any questions.
I am native to the Omaha area, am a Notre Dame Graduate (GO IRISH), & am a passionate traveler. I have been to Italy, Scotland, Ireland, and several domestic cities such as Atlanta, San Francisco, and more. Finding a good place to stay during travel is key to setting the stage for a great trip! That's why I decided to help contribute to the traveling community by being a host. I am hopeful and excited to have you stay at one of my rentals. Please let me know any questions you have or let me know how best I can help elevate your time in Omaha:)
Why they chose this property
This property has been a part of Omaha's history since 1888. It gives insight into how this great city once was and we can see how far we've come. The inside of the property retains much of the origin charm, but has had several updates to ensure tenant comfort. Our rental also has a location second to none as it sits only a few minutes from the most lively parts of Midtown and Downtown Omaha. This brings the benefit of having quick access to events, restaurants, etc., while also being able to come back to a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. For travelers interested in cooking for themselves, there is a large local grocery store on the corner, a mere 3-4 minute walk from our rental.
What makes this property unique
I fell in love with this building and this space because of how its unique, rustic original design flows so beautifully with the modern additions that creates a peaceful, yet welcoming and homey energy. It feels as if the home has been passed down to you personally from previous generations.
