Centrally Located Condo in Quiet Gated Community

This home is located in the Island Retreat condominiums, which is a quiet, gated community in an excellent location. We are just 2 miles from the beach and a mile and a half from the Pier Village. There are several shops & restaurants within walking distance from of the community gate with many more a short drive away. This 3BR/2BA ground floor condo was recently updated with new paint, fixtures and furnishings and it feels like home. New king bed in master suite, 1 queen in second bedroom and a new twin daybed with pull out twin trundle in sunroom to accommodate up to 6 people. The unit is nicely equipped with everything you need for your stay. It is situated in a quiet back corner of the community with an adjacent green space for gathering, games or grilling. The community’s amenities include a pool, tennis court, fitness center, & playground. This unit is strictly non-smoking. We do not offer cable/satellite tv but our televisions are all connected to the internet for streaming.

A little slice of paradise

Even though we had to contend with hurricane Debby, we had a great time. Thank you for for extending your place to us and letting us experience the island once again. We hope to return next year!

Summer Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. This place was very clean and decorated tastefully. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars for accuracy of listing is because it was listed as a 3 bed 2 bathroom. There was no storage or door into the sunroom serving as a bedroom. However, the price was great!

Outstanding accommodation, value, & location

I have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties, and Tracy's condo is perfect. Clean, roomy, and has nice touches that make it comfortable. It is centrally located on SSI, a short ride to the beach or golf courses, and a walk to just about any kind of dining. Tracy was very communicative and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Wonderful!

Beautiful beach getaway

We truly enjoyed our time in SSI. The condo was modern and had everything we needed for a great stay. This unit is very close to the downtown area and the beach. You are so close to restaurants and a grocery store as well as plenty of sidewalks to take long walks. Tracy was super responsive and made sure our stay was perfect. We would stay here again for sure.
