The pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim park, and lazy river are available during your stay.The waterslide is only available Memorial Day through Labor Day Weekend, Thursday through Sunday.The pool is open year-round, however the pool slide is only open from Memorial day weekend - Labor day weekend.Streaming is available using your own accounts.Boat docks and slips are available to rent. The Reserve does not offer watercraft rentals. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
