The perfect choice for separate families traveling together, the five-bedroom interior comes divided into two levels, with each floor completely furnished for standalone living convenience. The upper floor boasts a full kitchen equipped for gourmet cooking with Fulcor-brand stainless steel appliances including a five-burner cooktop oven and a dedicated beverage fridge. The ground-floor space comes well-appointed with stainless steel kitchen items including a fridge and separate wine cooler, a sink, and microwave. Both floors feature a spacious, open living area with plush seating and a smart TV for casual downtime and home entertainment after group activities.

Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
