Great family property!

My husband and I rented this property to take our 2 adult children and their families which included three children 2 and under. We loved the theatre room, pool and game area! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and the location was just 10 minutes outside of Gatlinburg. There was plenty of space for our group and we highly recommend it! We cooked a large breakfast everyday and grillled steaks one night. The kitchen supplies were great!

Wonderful Accomodations!

The property is beyond perfect! Spotless, plenty of space and the amenities outstanding. There’s something for everyone’s indulgence….pool, hot tub, sauna, games, fireplaces, etc. You can have a great Gatlinburg vacation without ever leaving the property.

Excellent cabin for a tranquil stay in the mountains!

We loved this cabin! The rooms were comfortable, the living space was large, pool was fun, hot tub and sauna were excellent bonuses. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen provided everything we needed for our stay. We suggest buying coffee filters if you prefer drip coffee. There is a keurig coffeemaker for keurig pods. The location is great! Located in the mountains, it is quiet during Spring. Close to grocery store and short drive to Parkway. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, so this is great for families or couples sharing a cabin.This cabin was perfect for our first stay in the Smokey Mountains. We would recommend this!!

Yearly family vacation

First time staying with Eden Crest and also first time having a private indoor pool in the cabin. We had a great time. Only thing I didn’t like is how close you are to other cabins . No privacy on the deck in the hot tub and all the guest around was smoking weed every day and night so if your someone that’s enjoys that then great but we don’t so.

The Bears were active!

The house was perfect with 3 levels giving us great separation and great gathering spaces. The rooms are bid and the furniture and beds were nice. Water pressure was great! The kitchen is big. We spotted 4 bears on 4 different days in the neighborhood.

Perfect Getaway!

Location is close to downtown and all that you will need. Home was perfect for keeping kids busy while providing the perfect adult getaway. We even got the chance to see a few bears. Highly recommend!

Short drive to grocery store and main strip 20 minutes to Pidgeon Forge Community pool was great If you needed anything they responded right away The kitchen lighting was too bright- could use a dimmer switch and maybe a few more towels Everything else was great!!! Beautiful!

Place is great and exactly as expected. There is a view though there are houses behind you that can see to your decks. I would call it semi-private. The pool area is great and we did enjoy a movie in the theater. Reaching out to the management team today to let them know, I’ve just a few issues. Several of the jets didn’t work in the hot tube. It was fine for us because only a few of us got in the hot tub at a time but if you had four people in there, two of you won’t have jets. Put overall, it was perfect and the Jets In hot tub can be fixed.

Property Management Ruined the Experience

This is a well equipped newer home, and with proper cleaning and maintenance will remain a nice rental. There are already signs of wear and a few areas in need of deeper cleaning (main floor shower). If you’re renting for the pool, don’t. I’m not sure how a 79 degree pool would feel warm anytime of the year. The view doesn’t exist unless you want to see what the others are doing on their decks. So, for the headline… the management company, Eden Crest. Just cross your fingers that you receive the texts they told you they sent. If not, the individuals you call are of no help. Your rental fee will not buy the care that is deserved.

Nice family vacation

We loved our choice of housing but I did have a couple issues the coffee pot pod part didn’t work would have been a issue but ran out and got several different kinds for the adults and hot chocolate for the kids but the main issue was the hot water couldn’t even fill the jacuzzi tub up before it got cold so we had to start our days very very early so everyone could get a warm not hot shower.

Nice property

Property was great. Everything was clean, tidy, and furnishings were nice. Had a little "new carpet" smell in the theater room but it wasn't noticeable after a few minutes. Be advised the development has a couple of one-way streets and mapping apps don't recognize them yet, and so you'll have to leave a different way than you came in. Takes less than 10 minutes to get to the grocery store on East Parkway and less than 15 minutes to get to the Strip. Will look up Eden Crest again when we come back.

Couples Trip

The pictures did not do our rental any justice! The house was beautiful and had plenty of space. Everyone’s favorite spots were the pool and jacuzzi. We had plenty of room to convene and converse in the dining room/kitchen area. I give this property a 10/10!!

Excellent Cabin and location

The cabin was beautiful and perfect for a family. It has lots of amenities and every bedroom is a master bedroom. Indoor pool, theater, sauna, game room, and hot tub what more can you ask for. The only thing negative that happened was the last day we had 3 people within 24 hours fall down the bottom 3 steps. The steps going on the top floor need to have added a slip resistant something added on. My mom, cousin, and myself fell. It’s not the owners fault however I for sure if I was him add something to keep that from happening again. It needs to be done for safety.

Beautiful cabin

Cabin was nice, pool was very cold. Had to pay a pool fee for heated. No refund on a cold pool no one could enjoy. Not enough towels or trashbags. Had a party of 10 and 8 towels. Neighbors on both sides partied loud music and weed all night.

Great Property/ Wrong time

The property is great. However, the main floor and upstairs AC wasn’t working. Communicated the issue Friday evening after arrival to the house. They got a contractor out Saturday morning. We left for the day and when we came back the issue still wasn’t fixed. My problem isn’t that it was not fixed but it was not communicated to us that we would still be without. They didn’t have any additional portable AC units to give us. We checked out Monday and was informed that guest relations would be reaching out to us and still haven’t heard anything from them.
