• PARKING: Limited to 4 compact vehicles (fewer when snow conditions exist). Street parking is never permitted.

*Hot tub is a SEASONAL amenity (Weather permitting - available JUNE through OCTOBER). It is NOT accessible directly from the house. Must walk outside and around the cabin to access hot tub.

The entry floor has a spacious mudroom, two carpeted bedrooms and a full bathroom. 1st bedroom has a bunkbed with two full beds and the second room features a comfy queen bed. The bathroom has been remodeled and boasts a gorgeously tiled walk-in shower.
The middle floor has a bonus room loaded for fun by offering a foosball table, games, Smart TV, a mini Nintendo gaming system and access to the third deck. This room also doubles as a sleeping area with a new queen sleeper sofa.
The top floor is an open concept area meant to gather, relax and enjoy. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and a plethora small appliances such as a crockpot, Insta-Pot and Ninja blender. It also features a side-by-side stainless steel fridge with an extra door for easy access to condiments, a beautiful oven and range with downdraft vent, a deep sectioned sink and three modern high-top chairs at the granite breakfast bar. Dine at the hand-carved dining table with room for eight. The living area has a streaming television and a soundbar plus a gas fireplace for those chilly nights. Head out of the slider door onto a deck with lounging chairs and a propane grill in the summer.
Upper floor houses the primary bedroom with queen bed topped with premium bedding and a SMART TV. The slider doors allow access to a 2nd private deck overlooking the backyard. Across the hallway, one will find a full bathroom with a granite and glass walk-in shower with a matching vanity.
