Please note there is construction going on at this building. . This condo has an updated kitchen and bathroom and beautifully decorated. Directly across the street from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Complex has great amenities of community pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffle board, and clubhouse with pool table, games, ping pong table, and books. Unit does not have washer and dryer but complex have many laundry facilities. Wifi and cable available. Laundry on the premises. 2 cars are able to park here.
