Rest easy here! Picturesque and superbly upgraded 1.5 story cottage located in the historic town of Central City, only 1.5 miles to Deadwood and 1.5 miles to Lead! Minutes from the Terry Peak. Snowmobiling,Cross Country Skiing, Mickelson Trail, and many other things to do!Great-sized kitchen with an overflow of custom cabinets, plenty of countertop space, new luxury vinyl tile wood flooring, and dining area. Plush new carpet, built-in shelves & rustic stone-encased fireplace creates an ambiance in the living room. Cozy sitting room offers even more options for relaxing and entertaining. Main floor also boasts a nicely updated bathroom and laundry area.Upstairs 2 bedrooms and half bathroom are fabulously updated. Lovely remodeled 12x11 4-season porch that leads out to a patio area gazing out into a tree-filled, pristinely landscaped yard. Plenty of on and off streetparking for you trailer and vehicles.Your stay is sure to be a pleasant one! And while you are here you might want to try out the locals favorite Lumpy's Bar.
