About the Space:
The Village at Mammoth is the most desirable location to stay in Mammoth Lakes! It's a family friendly location host to events and activities, excellent restaurants, shopping, yoga and more! The gondola offers easy access to Canyon Lodge for ski-in/ski-out and bike park experience (check Mammoth Mountain website for Canyon Lodge operation dates).
This gorgeously remodeled, 2 bedroom / 2 bath, corner-unit condo, is quiet and comfortably accommodates 6 people. The open living area offers a comfortable space, with a queen-sized sleeper sofa couch, an ambient gas fireplace, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, equipped for cooking a delicious meal. Off the main living area is a good-sized private patio with seating area.
The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the condo for added privacy. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, with closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, with closet space, and a shared full bathroom with tub/shower. The bathroom is located directly outside of the bedroom and is shared with the common living area.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, and trash bags.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at the Village. There is a year-round heated pool, 2 jacuzzis, in-building laundry room with coin-machine, gym, and secure garage parking with EV chargers. There are also bike storage and ski lockers to store equipment.
There is 1 parking pass permitted for this property - park in any open space available in the parking garage. Please ensure parking pass is visible in your vehicle. There is paid overflow parking in the parking lot across the street from the Village and in summer months there is limited street parking available.
** Important: Ski-in/ski-out available ONLY when Canyon Lodge is open (please see Mammoth Mountain website for details).
