The space
• Living Rooms:
The main level living room features a flat-screen smart TV, nap-worthy sofas, and windows that fill the space with natural light. It also has a tall round table with 4 tall stool chairs beside the window. You can surely enjoy coffee while viewing the nice neighborhood. We also put a futon that can sleep 1 person if need be.
The 2nd level living room also has a flat-screen smart TV, sofas, and fireplace! People can pour some hot cocoa and gather around the fireplace. It’s especially idyllic when snow is falling softly.
• Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a coffee maker and a double-door fridge with plenty of room for your vacation groceries. There is also a kitchen island with 4 bar tools and a dining table with 4 chairs and a bench.
• Bedrooms:
With 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths, there’s space to accommodate 14 people comfortably in this lovely twin home. The primary bedroom is on the second level, featuring a king bed and an ensuite bath. It also has a cool office table (it cools your drink!). The other bedrooms contain queen beds and 2 bunk beds. The bunk beds can sleep 3 people. (the bottom bed is full and there is a twin on top). The bunk room also has a foosball table!
• Hot Tub Spa:
Located on the side of the home, this large spa is great for unwinding after a long day of skiing or exploring.
• Laundry Room:
The laundry room is located on the main level in the hallway near the kitchen. With a washer and dryer and supplied detergent, it has everything you need to do your laundry conveniently.
• Garage:
The garage is large enough to comfortably fit two vehicles, with two more spots in the driveway. Parking isn't allowed on the west side of the street or the city will tow it.
• Parking
Parking is prohibited on the street's west side, or the city will tow your vehicle. Plenty of parking is in the garage and driveway for up to 4 vehicles. Extra parking can be had on the east side of the street.

With the Safely Protection Policy, you're covered for up to $5,000 for any damage to the property or its contents, as long as it's reported to us before you check out. This coverage is automatically included in your rental rate, so there's no need to worry about additional costs.
Please keep in mind that any damage not reported before checking out may result in charges to you as the guest. Additionally, if there's a deductible, minimum claim amount, or repair costs exceeding the coverage limits, you'll be responsible for those expenses. Don't worry though, we'll handle the payment process using the form of payment on file for you.
