Family Vacation

The location was perfect. Close to highways and plenty of restaurants. Only a short drive to the beach. The house was very clean and the owners were very responsive.

Beautiful Home

We had such a great time we extended our stay an extra day! The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed-the yard was fenced in for the kids to play and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly! I would defiantly stay here again.

Family Fun

House was great. Plenty of room for family of adults and children. The host was extremely responsive, furnished beach chairs upon request and helped us arrive a day early. Thanks.

Perfect place for family visits in VA

Clean, comfortable and great location for visiting with family. 15 min from family and 15 min from the beach. Loved the living spaces for morning coffee and evening conversations.

Could Not Have Been Happier

My family and I were very pleased with every aspect of the house - which felt home-like due to the attention to detail. The dining room table was set to welcome us. The kitchen had everything imaginable to make it functional. And all the rooms were spotless. The host was helpful and responsive. All together, the perfect rental!

Property too far from Virginia Beach boardwalk - Not well maintained.

The host was prompt in answering my emails. Some of his messages were inaccurate. He said the property had a fire pit and lawn furniture with cushions. That was not on the property. The property was not well maintained. The outside lawn was about 6 inches high. When you book you pay in full immediately and given 48 hours for full reimbursement. Make sure you check out the distance from the property to Virginia Beach boardwalk. It is about a 30 minute ride. We also were not given adequate bath towels for a 4 day visit - one hand towel, one bath towel and one wash cloth per person is not adequate. Similar vacation rentals for families have board games and books for children, this property did not have any reading material or recreational activities. My family and I vacation every summer and this property was a big disappointment.
