Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Home is centrally located minutes from the expressway, close to shopping center, dinning areas and much more. Located on the border of McAllen and Pharr and blocks away from Edinburg, TX.

Memorable Historic

The house is magnificent. We had plenty of space for our party of six and hosted a family dinner with plenty of room to mingle. We arrived after dark and it would have been nice to have some lights, but we had no trouble getting in. The wifi and television instructions worked. We did have to contact host with a weather emergency (historic flooding) and they were quick to respond. The kitchen is adequate for basic meal prep, but chef types will find it lacking sharp knives/sharpener, a colander, a whisk. A coffee maker and toaster are the only appliances. Cleaning supplies were wanting, maybe only because we did so much meal prep. There was one towel per guest and a couple of extras, but we could have used more for the length of our stay. There was a washer and dryer, but no detergent. Extra towels, blankets and pillows, throw blankets and beach/pool towels would have made for a cozier stay. and it's time for some maintenance and deep cleaning. It w

Clean and Spacious

This place fit 5 adults and three kids easily. House and Pool was clean. The entry great room was ideal for late night hangouts while others rested for the evening.

Clean and cozy

We had an awesome time on our vacation and this home was perfect for our stay. It was located close to many store and food options. It was easy to find and location was perfect as we had to travel to nearby cities. We would definitely stay here again if we visited the area.

Alderfer family trip to Texas

This was a great place to stay in. The weather was awlful for Texas. We only got to use the pool 2 days. We enjoyed our family all staying at the same place. (6 adults) The house was very spacious. Had trouble understanding how to use the 5 TVs. Host replied to our questions/needs quickly.

Quick trip to San Juan

Overall play was good. Would have got 5 stars but needs a couple basic things corrected. 1. Cups. Needs more than 6 cooler cups. 8 plastic cups for everyday drinking would suffice. 2. Towels and hand towels provided but also need wash cloths. 3. Wifi. Everything is on wifi so you would expect all the smart tv’s to work. Master bedroom was too far from router so signal was poor. That big of house needs an extender to ensure coverage. All said I would stay there again. Thanks!
