- Pool with heat available for an extra $50 a day takes approximately a day to heat up please note if temperatures dip below 50 degrees it is not realistic to heat the pool this typically only happens in our area maybe 10 to 15 sporadic days throughout our winter

Important Notes:
* While we do welcome and encourage bachelorette groups, birthday groups etc., we do ask that you enjoy the party off property and only bring back guests that are registered.
* Outdoor cameras (Front and backyard and pool can be seen, however the cameras are outside of the screen enclosure.) ensure security, safety, and adherence to guest count.
* Rates are based on 4 guests. Each additional guest incurs a $25 per night fee. Why? We want to give smaller groups the opportunity to stay at our unique property, there is a lot more wear and tare with 13 guests staying.
* Please use plastic cups on the pool deck to avoid a $1,000 cleaning fee for broken glass. Why the fee? Due to having to drain and professionally clean.
* No smoking indoors; $200 cleaning fee for violations. Smoking is permitted outside please discard the buts. This counts for cigarettes, marijuana, vapes etc.
* In the unlikely event that you have an issue with the property (cleanliness, etc.) please let us know in the first 4 hours of check-in so we can remedy the situation. We have staff on call for this reason and happy to make it right.
*Please note that our tropical Florida environment may bring about encounters with various critters and insects. While we do have monthly maintenance, you can help by keeping doors and windows closed, sealing food properly, and disposing of trash regularly. If you spot a few pests, kindly guide them outside, but if the issue persists, please contact us.
Bring your beloved pets along for a delightful stay! We have a few guidelines to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests. There is a $50 pet fee (includes 2) for the entire stay. Any additional pet is an additional $50.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds (a $200 charge applies for any evidence). Regrettably, dangerous breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions. Kindly inform us in advance about your pet. If your pet will have access to certain rooms, please remove removable rugs. Clean up after your pets, and avoid them using the artificial turf to maintain a pleasant environment. Natural ground is available in the front and backyard. Thank you!
Treat your Host’s home like your own
Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (ex: with moldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains from pets, etc.). Cleaning fees set by Hosts are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (ex: laundry, vacuuming, etc.).
Litter: Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash.
Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform Hosts of the damage as soon as possible and work with the Host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay reasonable requests for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs.
