Welcome! to our completely updated beach house. Perfectly located on a quiet, tranquil street on North Mission Beach just steps to the beautiful Mission Bay and few steps in the other direction you can reach the ocean too.

This stunning totally new property offers the perfect escape for up to 6 guests, with 3 private bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one on each floor. Perfect location so you can enjoy all sorts of beach and water activities. Right by restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores just steps away.

Enjoy the entire house for yourself there is nothing shared. Our home can accommodate 6 persons. This house is flooded with natural light creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

First floor bedroom has ensuite (tub/shower) bathroom, desk space for work and access to front patio seating area providing an ideal spot for relaxation. Conveniently, the patio also has an outdoor hot water shower.

First floor bedroom features a king size bed that can be transform into two individuals, offering versatility to suit your preferences. This bedroom also has a Nespresso coffee machine, mini fridge and a 40-inch smart TV.

On the second floor there is an open kitchen living dining area. Living room has a comfortable sleeping sofa that can accommodate one adult. Kitchen is fully equipped and has all new appliances.
Living room has all new furniture and a 65 inches smart TV.

Next to the living room there is another bedroom with a king size bed that can also be transform into two individual beds. This bedroom also has a 40-inch smart TV and ensuite shower bathroom.

Third floor bedroom features a queen size bed, closet and 30-inch TV with apple TV. Next to this bedroom there is a bathroom with shower. All bathrooms have a hair dryer and amenities.

The highlight of this beach house is the third-floor rooftop deck. Here, you can soak up the California sun while enjoying panoramic views of Mission Bay. The deck features a comfortable living area, a BBQ grill, and a cozy firepit, creating an ideal space for relaxation and quality time with your family and friends.

To keep the rooms comfortable there are fans throughout the house. Additionally, we have installed blackout curtains, which are helpful for blocking out sunlight and maintaining privacy. It is worth noting that the house is equipped also with two mini-split systems that can be operated independently.

• We offer a contactless check-in and check-out process
• Hand sanitizers and antibacterial hand soaps are provided for your use.
• We use antibacterial disinfectants and cleaners, and these products are available for your convenience.
• All linens are thoroughly cleaned with Oxiclean and Tide detergent and high-temperature drying between guest stays.
• Our dedicated cleaning team, wearing masks and gloves, pays special attention to high-touch areas during sanitation.

Rental Rules:
1. To book with us, you must be 21 years of age or older and stay on the premises throughout the entire reserved period. Noise ordinances are strictly enforced.

2. Overnight guests are limited to the number specified in your booking, with a maximum occupancy of 7 persons.

3. No smoking nor vaping is permitted.

4. Pets are not permitted.

5. Garage parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

6. Please be respectful of our neighbors, especially when outdoors or on the deck. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and loud noise or music is not allowed during these times.

7. Maintain the property and its furnishings in good condition, and ensure you clean up, remove trash, and dispose of perishable food upon check-out.

8. Use appliances for their intended purposes only.

9. The firepit and BBQ grill is propane-powered and easy to use with a button ignition.

10. Daily housekeeping service is not provided; however, linens and towels are included.

11. This property is privately owned, and the owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost belongings. Guests assume all associated risks.

13. No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots or other business use.
