A freshly renovated, tri-level home, tucked into a quiet culdesac minutes off of Arapahoe Rd. Our charming home has been redesigned and refinished with an exceptional guest experience in mind. Walk minutes to a grocer, Starbucks, gym, pizza & other shops. Fresh air via an expansive trail system is min. away. We are 10-15 min. from the foothills by car & 20 min. to Denver. Wonderful location & home!

My family and I stayed at the Centennial House for our son’s wedding in Colorado. The location was great and the home was wonderful inside. A perfect layout for family and friends together.

Lovely and convenient

The house was lovely with homey decor. The kitchen was very clean and nice. The location was convenient for me and my family. I highly recommend this property to stay at. I very much appreciated the bathrooms and how there were hair ties and makeup remover. I loved how the bedroom had Roku tv. Thank you for the hospitality and letting me and my family stay at your house.

Great home

Our family was in Denver for Christmas and Nathan's home was a perfect place for our overflow family to stay. Clean and appropriately stocked, it was what we needed. There was a challenge with the gas fireplace, and Nathan communicated and did all he could to find a work-around solution. Couldn't ask for more. Great place and we would stay there again.

This place had everything we needed! All the little things that makes a stay enjoyable great beds, coffee bar, appliances etc. perfect for three friends to gather and make memories.

Quiet neighborhood

I loved this house, perfect location on a very quiet street. Place was very clean and roomy for our family. I loved having two living rooms and four bedrooms. I will visit this place again on our travels.

Great family time in Denver!

This was a top notch place to stay. It was so clean and felt so homey. It had everything we could possibly need - and the bonus was that it was close to Starbucks and a grocery store! We will definitely be staying there again.

Great extended weekend

Beautiful Home in Centennial

This home was clean, updated, cozy, and stocked with all the necessities and even lots of extras!! We flew in for a wedding and to do some hiking/see the mountains. I was very happy to discover an iron/ironing board for our wedding clothes! Kitchen was stocked with coffee supplies and even had oil/spices, etc. Loved the downstairs living room for just hanging out after our days spent exploring. It sure became our home away from home!

Centennial Home

This home was way above our expectations. Great tri-level floor plan. The main floor contained the kitchen that accommodated 10 people with a sitting area. Fully stocked kitchen, very nice coffee bar. The den was down a level with a TV and fireplace, laundry and half bath. The bedrooms were up one level with two baths. We walked to Starbucks, donut shop, and grocery store. This location is centrally located, quite neighborhood. Nathan was so responsive to us and accommodating. He even retrieved a back pad I had left in the house and sent it to me. Above and beyond!!!!

Perfect location and house!

My parents and I stayed at Centennial House for a week. Great location, restaurants and grocery store near by. Had a few minor issues in check in, the host Nathan remedied immediately. House was very comfortable, enjoyable for eveyone!
