Are you tired of overpaying for a beautiful vacation rental? I am too, that is why this 10,000 SqFt home is perfect for your next AZ adventure! Rooms, space, entertainment, backyard games, heated pool throughout the year, major highways in every direction, getting where you want to go is easy!

Golf, hiking, nightlife, Spring training, everything the Valley has to offer.

Plenty of beds for everyone to have their own space with a backyard fit for any occasion!
Are you looking to golf while you are out here? I can book your golf at extremely discounted pricing!

First floor is pure entertainment, with all the bedrooms upstairs all the noise can remain downstairs. With your choice of a pool or ping pong table you can settle bets & showcase your "talents".

Fully stocked kitchen, preparing and cooking meals is not an issue. Upstairs there are 6 bedrooms to choose from with 9 individual beds or 6 beds if everyone wants their own room so no one needs to get too close. 3 bathrooms upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs, breaking the seal will not have to wait!

***Also an amazing water softener to keep your skin and hair fresh during your stay!

Out back you will have room to kick back and enjoy the wonderful weather AZ brings with lights set up for late night gatherings. Off to the left you will see a securely gated pool able to withstand the strongest and sneakiest of children. This carved out water oasis is massive with diving board & pool slide.

Please be safe, enjoy without getting hurt, and watch your children.

Birthday celebration!

The VRBO was as it was described! Bedrooms were very spacious! Stores to get supplies were close by! Very nice and safe neighborhood! Would definitely stay again. Very clean! only thing I would do differently is heat the pool and that was on us not the VRBO.

Nice Big House

Nice Big house with a great backyard for kids. Lots of bedrooms with plenty of sleeping options. Three full bathrooms were a plus with our large group of 9. The kids loved the pool table and the outside games. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and within close proximity to a lot of attractions, stores and restaurants.

Great place to stay!

The heated pool, ping pong table and pool table were great. The house was clean and well maintained. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips to Mesa!

Great Location

The house was clean, the pool was warm and the games were fun. The best part was the location. The house is 15 minutes from great hiking, paddle boarding and kayaking on the Salt River.. We saw wild horse wading in the river as we hiked through the beautiful Tonto National Park.

Comfortable and Clean

Pool was great - with slide and diving board - and heated! Outdoor patio area was very comfortable. We ate Thanksgiving dinner on the patio. Three generations of family - from 3 year olds to adults. We had a great time!

Perfect Place for Fun!

We had 12 adult members of our family stay for our annual weekend trip together. Most were in their early 20s. ALL HAD FUN! There are so many activities to enjoy for all interests. Every couple had a private room with extra rooms for the singles to have their own beds. Nice to have 11:00 checkout with no laundry expectations as others require. Highly recommend!

Great property for our group of adults

We had an overall great time at this house. It worked out perfect for our group of 9 adults. We were very disappointed that the amenities stated it had a hot tub; which we were so looking forward to, but this house did not have a hot tub. That was unfortunate that it was listed on the vrbo site.

Perfect Setup -

James's place was a perfect setup for a large group. We had a great time and will be to book again soon! The room setup was ideal for our group. We had 8 people and everyone had their own space and bed. NO sofa guy for us, but was a very comfy couch and plenty of space if you need some extra space. The house was very clean, great kitchen layout as well. You can tell James made sure the house was clean, fun, and in a good location. The house had tons of entertainment space as well. From board games, a pool table, and ping pong, to a very spacious outdoor with yard games. Not to mention a heated pool!! Hopefully, this review lets you make a decision to choose James's home. - cheers!
