Located at the front of Seacrest's expansive neighborhood is "Sea La Vie" a beautiful beach retreat offering spacious accommodations for 12 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Thoughtfully designed with guests in mind, this luxury home is an ideal place to escape and enjoy the Florida sun and sea breeze.

Pool Access: Sea La Vie is .4 miles (2-minute walk) away from the largest resort style pool on 30A.

Beach Access: The Seacrest Beach Community enjoys private beach access through the Sunset Beach Community .4 miles from the home. The Seacrest Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from March through October, the Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from tram stops within the community and the beach or the Lagoon. Just call the tram to let them know you are at a designated tram stop and they will pick you up.

Seacrest is a colorful beach community nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, this easy-going neighborhood, identifiable by the large beach chair at the front of the community and palm lined streets, is the perfect place to spend your next getaway. Seacrest Beach is within walking or biking distance to the Emerald Coasts famous sugar white beaches and steps to the Seacrest Town Center. Beautiful location and great property. The place was just what we were looking for our family of 10. Plenty of room, all the beach toys and amenities we needed. Seacrest is a great place to visit. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and outdoor patios were very relaxing and inviting.

The Sea La Vie was perfect. Was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Very clean. Only downside was the 3 houses being built on the street. Construction started at 7am and went until 7pm. However, they look almost complete. So future guests shouldn’t worry. Property manager was extremely responsive. Would stay here again!

Best Location in Seacrest! Loved the third floor deck!
Our group made the best use of the third floor deck with the tv and grill. Perfect for playing games and chilling out. We loved the location -- just steps from the pool, restaurants and the Seacrest Farmers Market on Sunday morning. House had all the amenities as advertised -- we appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels so much. Welcome gift bag was a really nice touch as well. Highly recommend!

Best College Reunion Trip Ever!
This was the perfect home for our group of five and our spouses! Location was ideal for walking to the bars and restaurants and we used the bikes every day. Top floor deck was our go-to spot for grilling out and watching tv or reading. Loved the beds -- super comfortable and SeaLaVie had every amenity in the kitchen we could imagine. Thank you for the welcome gift -- very thoughtful! We will be back.

Easy Beachy Girl's Trip!
We had a group of 11 women stay at this location. None of us had been to the 30A area before and we had a wonderful time. This location was easy walking distance from many restaurants and the tram pick-up for the beach was very convenient. I would highly recommend it!

Amazing Beach Home!
From the top floor deck where our group grilled dinner and played cards all night, to the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a rental, to being able to walk everywhere we will totally be back to rent this house! Our group loved the walking distance to the beach and pool and loved how we could walk to dinner when we weren't grilling on the top deck. HIGHLY recommend you book this house if you are considering it. We also really appreciated everything these hosts provided! From kayaks, bikes, chairs, and various beach toys it made it so easy for us to visit and still get to do everything we could dream of.

the BEST week ever at Sea La Vie!
This home was exactly as described -- perfect location to the shops, restaurants, beach and pool! Super clean. The bikes were so fun to use up and down 30a and we spent every evening on the third floor deck grilling, playing games and singing karaoke! Huge props for the extra amenities like beach towels and plentiful shampoos, soaps, hand towels, etc. We even pulled the sheets back to see the brand name of the mattresses as they were so comfortable! Highly recommend when you need a great escape to 30a!

We love the third floor deck!
We had beautiful weather on our visit and spent every afternoon on the third floor deck enjoying the breeze, grilling out, playing games and watching tv. The new mattresses offered a great sleeping experience for all -- much appreciated. Bikes are brand new as well and were so much fun. Very clean home with lots of amenities. Perfect experience in a perfect location in Seacrest Beach!

Annual Florida Beach Trip
The house was beautiful, exactly as listed! The amenities in Seacrest, from the pool to the tram, make this our favorite spot in 30A. Coastal 30A was extremely easy to work with, communicating through their own app which made check in and check out instructions, Wi-Fi information and door codes easy to access. My family especially appreciated the welcome bag upon check in!

Great Getaway
Location of beach house is wonderful. We were close to pool and beach access. We did have problem with 3rd floor air conditioning, but it was repaired in a very timely manner. The bicycles were in great condition. We especially enjoyed the 3rd floor porch. I would suggest more detailed information about how to operate the televisions. We never did master that!

Perfect home in the perfect location!
My family loved Sea LaVie! It is ideally located near the Seacrest pool and shops and restaurants. The top floor deck was a great place to grill and watch tv and play games. Beds were super comfortable and the added amenities were appreciated. Lots of room for our family to spread out!

AMAZING! Best home in Seacrest!
Our stay was absolutely AMAZING! I genuinely cannot rave enough about how beautiful and convenient the home is, but also how attentive the staff at Coastal 30A Destinations is! We spent a lot of our time enjoying the rooftop deck with grill and TV. You can't beat the location of this home! We easily walked to restaurants, starbucks and shops. Will stay again!
