The space
This single family home is all yours for your visit. A 3 bedroom house with an office to work or it can be used as a seating area with TV or even a 4th bedroom with a pull out couch. There are 3 newly remodeled full bathrooms to use as well. This home has plenty of room to hangout and enjoy time together including a spacious living room, game room with shuffleboard, darts, TV and bar space as well as lots of eating space to fit your whole group. Not to mention a luscious backyard with a pool and plenty of space to relax - day or night. There is a rooftop patio where you can sit back with a glass of wine or coffee - your choice. Ample parking in the driveway and on the street.

Great Central Location in Phoenix
I was looking for a good location for traveling to all of the spring training ballparks and this house is in a nice central location. Easy to go east, west or south on Loop 101, highway 51 or Interstate 17. The house is near a park and Lookout Mountain - good for early morning or late afternoon walks. The house has a pool good for afternoon dips and the house is spacious. There is shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and things you would like to go to all within a half hour. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The best part is the responsiveness of the landlord. I had a few questions in the beginning and she responded quickly and patiently with even dumb questions. She even passed along a local pizzeria coupon. Check in and check out instructions were clear. Avery enjoyable stay!

Great House and Location
Our family stayed here for a vacation to Phoenix. The house is awesome. The renovation is thoughtful and tasteful and we kept commenting all week what a great job the owners had done. The location is close enough to everything we wanted to do and being North of the city was great as we were coming in from Flagstaff. Communication with Kelly was seamless and we had everything we needed to get in and use the property well in advance of our arrival. Other VRBO owners could take a lesson. We are already planning a return to AZ and will try to return to the property if it fits our schedule.

disappointing expectations
While my wife and I were looking forward to our 4th consecutive stay in AZ, I had an unfortunate incident come up putting me in the emergency 4 days prior to our stay, the owner/manager was less than compassionate in accommodating any type of refund, credit towards a different date (any time of year) and only offered a discounted rate on a future next stay. Being a fellow vrbo owner, I've encountered less harsh incidents and still allowed a full credit, losing out on the revenue. I'm sure the place in nice but we'll never know because unfortunately, we never made it.
