Welcome to your private, trendy, centrally-located villa minutes from all the action of Miami. This home is great for entertaining, featuring an oversized sofa in the living room, a separate lounge areas with flat screen TV, modern, open kitchen, private outdoor area, heated pool and covered patio. Additional features include: Pool table, Board Games, TVs in all the bedrooms and Marble bathrooms. Master suite boasts designer walk-in closet and a spa-like master bath with dual vanity and marble shower. Natural light pours through hurricane impact windows and doors, illuminating the bright open living areas, making this a perfect hideaway in the middle of the city

No parties and outdoor noise must be kept quiet 10pm - 9am. Family neighborhood. Any complaints, your reservation can and will be cancelled without refund.
Cars must drive slow and cautious in the neighborhood. 2 cars max fit in driveway.
Guest that books must be the one checking in.
No smoking inside the house. The fine is $1,000 per occurrence and will be taken from security deposit.
No DJ equipment. Bluetooth allowed inside.
