Welcome to beautiful South Mission Beach! Perfect for a couples get away or family trip. Enjoy all the comforts of home by the beach. Just a short walking distance from Belmont Park, restaurants, bars and boardwalk. This ground floor unit has a beach cottage feel with stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen and bathrooms. Free parking space for the unit which is steps from the sand. Laundry, beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and umbrella are provided. Beautiful sunsets from the courtyard!

Sleepless in San Diego
The location is great. The problem is the furniture. I’m a world traveler, and a retired travel agent of 41 years. I know a thing or two about hospitality, and this place isn’t it. The beds in both rooms need to be destroyed. We tried both beds. It was impossible to get any sleep. You can feel, and hear every spring and coil. Which is all night because you’re constantly tossing and turning. I had to buy a heating pad at CVS in Pacific Beach and 2 weeks later I’m still having back issues. The living room furniture is no better. Unless you’re under 5ft you wont fit on the sofa. I’m 6ft. My feet hung over the arms by12inches when horizontal. The location is great, I would not stay here unless I knew for a fact the beds have been replaced. Also, there’s not 1 sharp knife in the kitchen. There are many, many knives. Not 1 is sharp. I found a bread knife that kinda worked on meat, but ironically tore up my artisan rolls.

We loved our stay in Mission Beach in the cute cottage with the red door. Close proximity to path and beach made it so fun to walk for coffee and dinner. The kitchen is well equipped and bedrooms are great! It’s perfect for a couple or a family of 4!

Awesome
We've been coming to Mission Beach for years and stay beach side and fell in love with this place. Great location, plenty of food choices within walking distance and just a few steps to the beach. The home was great, very spacious, a/c if needed, laundry, parking and the beach. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully staying here.

Beautiful home with great location
We booked this home for a girls trip and it didn't disappoint only a few steps to the beach. Great neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful. Easy walk to Belmont, park or down the boardwalk to restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and super helpful. Would stay here again. Adorable home, great layout ancute.helpful.

Cute cottage
The location is great. Erin’s home is so cute and clean. It’s About a 3 min walk to the beach. You can have coffee , eat or have a cocktail on the patio and see the ocean. Very quiet neighborhood. My Friend and I had a wonderful relaxing weekend while our husbands went fishing. Walked along Mission Bay and had dinner. Great getaway !!

Great experience!
We chose this location for its proximity to the beach and all the beach supplies/toys, and it did not disappoint! We loved that the house came with beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards and towels - it was perfect for our family who was extremely excited for time near the ocean. The house itself was super cute, clean and has everything you need. The parking space and laundry were a great bonus too. We also loved that so many things are within walking distance!! We loved Lazy Eye Coffee and the açaí bowls from Beach Bowls Deli - we’d get breakfast and then eat/relax on the beach! And you can’t beat the sunsets - they are stunning! Erin was a great host! We got to meet her and her family when we arrived and she was quick to respond to questions and had great suggestions about the area. We had some trouble with the code to the front door but she quickly fixed it and we had no problems the rest of our stay. We would love to stay here agin in the future!

Spring Break fun!
This is my 2nd stay. First time was with my sister after a work function in the area and this time was with my husband and our senior in high school. It is a beautiful location and wonderfully well-kept place to stay! The hosts are super accommodating and responsive too! We were in the ocean every day and were able to walk to get food & beverage as well as great souvenir shopping! You can get anywhere within 20 mins. of that location. We found some great hiking and had amazing food in Little Italy and the gas lamp district. We'll be back!

Great location
The location was wonderful, so close to the beach that you could see it. The patio was great for having dinner and a drink. The coffee shop a block away was amazing and it was nice to be able to walk to restaurants but not be so close that it was loud. Great stay. Would stay again.

Good location
Easy access to beach and cafe . Small place but didn’t stay inside much . Water didn’t get very hot for showers . It was clean and I was able to check in an hour early that was nice

The property is in a great location right off the beach with lots to do in the area and easy access to major roadways to get out and explore the city. The host, Erin, was kind and professional and very easy to communicate with when we needed to contact her. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This was a quaint cottage style condo. Close to the beach for walks/runs. Host was very responsive when inquiries were sent. Only feedback would be to have a bluetooth speaker or radio for music. :) Thank you!

Excellent Mission Beach Property
We really enjoyed our stay at this Mission Beach cottage. The unit is updated and perfect for families or couples. They have everything the kids needed to have a fun day on the beach. The location is absolutely perfect. You get a nice view of the ocean from the patio and it was close enough we could see the kids hitting the volleyball back and forth on the beach from the patio. You are close enough to the action on Mission Beach but far enough down the beach to enjoy the quiet. From what we could tell, being farther north on the beach would more of a problem with noise from restaurants, bars and Belmont Park. You are still walking distance from some bars and restaurants as well as a couple coffee shops. We loved it and would rent again.

We enjoyed being able to walk the beach early in the morning and playing in the sand later in the day. Had all the comforts of home with the convenience of shops and restaurants nearby. Planning to come back next year!
