The bed was very uncomfortable. The surface of the mattress was like sleeping on newspaper.. I had to stack up all blankets and just sleep on top of that because the mattress was so hard Otherwise, the condo was very good

Great location!

The property is located in the heart of historic Kona, with shops, restaurants, farmer's market and access to the water all within walking distance. The property staff were super-responsive and beach supplies well stocked. We had a great time!

The unit was clean. We were excited for the pool, but bummed to find out that it was closed until further notice due to the plaza not having a permit. Pros to this space are that it was pretty well equipped and comfortable, the rental company was very responsive to emails, it had a beautiful balcony, included parking, the pool was nice and never too busy, and it was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and beaches. We did note a few concerns and have addressed them with the owners. These included some maintenance concerns due to the property's age and not being stocked with enough toilet paper for the duration of our stay. Overall, this was a great place to call home for the week, and we would recommend it to others for its great location and affordable price.

The unit is conveniently located, close to everything from beach to restaurants and grocery stores, very clean, spacious enough for small family and has everything that can be required for feeling home away from home. Kitchen is fully stocked, huge balcony with partial ocean view, a/c works perfectly, plenty of linens and towels, king size bed was comfortable. Management company went above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for us - special thank you for this! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.
