Featuring all the charming design features of a Bavarian chalet, the home comes dressed in rustic mountain decor and outfitted with all the modern appliances you need for carefree vacation living. A spacious, fenced yard offers a private paradise under the pines with a hot tub and basketball hoop. The front porch includes a gas grill for backwoods barbecues. Family fun awaits in the game room, which is equipped with a Ping-Pong table and TV lounge. A fireplace, leather sectional, and smart TV set the stage for movie nights in the main living room. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the major appliances and cookware for efficiently handling home cooking. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
