Welcome to Casa Del Sol in the heart of Phoenix where everything is a short drive. This home is perfect for family and friends that are traveling to Arizona to check out the valley. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood!

We're in central Phoenix so everything is a short drive.
Desert Ridge Marketplace - 10 minutes.
Squak Peak Mountain - 11 minutes.
Sky Habor Airport - 12 minutes
Downtown Phoenix - 20 minutes
Downtown Scottsdale - 25 minutes

Casa Del Sol is a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house that gives people room to have their space but also has a big living room area to hang out in. The house is located in the Paradise Valley area where there is plenty of restaurants, stores, and things to do!

** Best parts of this House**
-Each room has its own tv so you can close your day and relax or hang out in one of the two living rooms. There is also a tv outside by the pool!
-High-speed Wifi connectivity.
-The house does have a washer and dryer.
-fully loaded kitchen with anything you might need.

Please let us know if you would like the pool to be heated within 72 hours. We do charge extra for the pool to be heated. $65 per day or $350 per week.

Cute home with a pool
House was great! Very clean, easy to access. Beds were comfy! Pool was heated and great! Outdoor space was nice with the lights and shade. TV’s in every room was also great.

Awesome spacious house in quiet neighborhood
Great experience overall! We loved the open floorplan which made it easy for our family to hang out together. The fire pit and grill in the backyard were added perks too. Communication was great. Only thing worth noting is that all of the mattresses are pretty firm. Multiple people in our group said the same thing and I even had to lay down an extra comforter to sleep on top of just to try and cushion it a bit. Foam toppers would be an easy fix but other than that we had a fantastic stay, thank you!

Loved this property and location. My only complaint was that it was advertised with a heated pool but didn’t tell you that it was a $75 charge per day extra to heat it. Otherwise, great hosts and property!

We spent 10 days on the property. We ran into a few difficulties (no propane, no dishcloths, BBQ not heating) but I was super impressed with how quick and responsive our host was. When we ran out of propane, he had a new tank to us in 30 min. I would say that if I a bit sparse on kitchen appliances - a slow cooker or air fryer would be a great addition, and a new stove would be great! Overall, we were happy with our stay and the location. Lots of room for our family of 8 adults.

The property was clean, furniture was very comfortable and the outside patio was lovely. The host required very little cleanup as we checked out, which was different from many places I've stayed with VRBO.

This was a wonderful house. We had plenty of room for 4 adults. The outdoor space is where we spent most of our time. Communication with the owner was prompt, clear, and concise. Highly recommend.

spring break
it was me and my friends first spring break trip all together and we were so excited! we wanted to choose a VRBO that had a pool and was in walking distance to different places so we could save money (we are broke college students), and this VRBO was perfect! we spent everyday outside in the pool, reading books, listening to music, and watching the march madness games. we also woke up early every morning and walked to different coffee places and breakfast places and that was probably the highlight of the trip! we would 100% stay here again and absolutely loved our trip!

The house was perfect for a short family get-together. It's spacious, clean, and in a good location with easy access to highways, shopping and dining. Johnny (host) proactively communicated with us in advance of our arrival and was responsive to comments and questions. Definitely recommend it!

Why they chose this property

This home is in the smack middle of Phoenix so nothing too far! Just hop on the freeway and go. The best part of this house is the pool which is heated during winter. There's a tv in every room so you can close the door and relax or there are two living rooms to hang out with family and friends. The kitchen is stocked with whatever you need to have a big meal.
