Enjoy Montecito in this spacious loft! Just a block to Montecito’s favorite beach, Miramar Beach, and a quick 2 minute drive to Coast Village Drive for all of your shopping and dining needs! This stylish loft boasts a large master bedroom, living room, full kitchen with a nook, and lofted bedroom with a dedicated work space or additional sleeping space. This is the perfect place for Montecito getaway!
*Please note that we are not set up to host children and we have a strict no pet policy.

We offer contactless check-in, but I am always able to meet you - whichever you prefer!

Located in Montecito's beach community, walking distance to the Beach (Miramar, Hammonds and Butterfly Beach) and next door to the Rosewood Miramar Resort. Just a two minute walk to the beach and a short drive to Coast Village Road and Upper Village Montecito for all your dining and shopping needs. Please note that train runs through the beach community in Montecito and Santa Barbara so you should expect to hear the train periodically.

The loft is located on a large property with a family home and another small cottage. The family home has teenagers and all of the homes in the neighborhood are in close proximity so you do hear neighbors occasionally. We are also located near the train tracks and the train rumbles through a few times during the day and even sometimes in the night.

I think you will find this neighborhood a dream and the location amazing!

Perfect Montecito Loft!

LOVED my stay in this cute Monetcito Loft. It was the perfect location! Walkable to the beach and Miramar, into town to local restaurants, and just an overall great spot. Loved that this unit had a a quant kitchen and washer/dryer which made it perfect during my extended stay. It felt like home every time I walked in. I will definitely be back!

Great stay in Montecito

The property was perfect for us. Great location - close to the beach, town, and Rosewood Miramar. Well-appointed and comfortable. And Danielle was a great help. We'd definitely stay again the next time we're in the area!

Chic Montecito

Lovely Montecito cottage. High ceilings, minimalist beautiful touches. Very comfortable bed, white linens and thick towels. We loved our stay and the location. Everything as represented in pictures. We would definitely return.

Perfect escape in Montecito!!

Excellent. Property is hip, clean, great location near beach + restaurants, and property manager is super communicative. Steps from daily beach walks and Rosewood!! Highly recommend this tiny Montecito get-away!
