Includes a large 85" TV in the main living area, gorgeous kitchen with all the cooking gadgets, and a bonus entry room with additional TV. The house is fully stocked with amenities and board games. I live in Phoenix, but often travel around for my day job or for fun. I get excited to explore new places whether it's trying new foodie places or going on an adventure.
Why they chose this property
I love how centrally located Casa Koda is to everything from downtown, Biltmore, Arcadia, Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe or even being able to hop on the freeway and go to Sedona or Flagstaff for a day trip.
What makes this property unique
I love how this isn't just a vacation rental, it's a home. It's great for those longer stays as it's equipped with so many amenities. I've stayed at many properties, but they only have the basics where I end up having to order in or go out to eat.
