The Space:
Welcome to the charming Crescent Mansion! This Bed and Breakfast has been transformed into a delightful haven for your travels, whether with family, friends, or colleagues. Revel in the expansive rooms, most of which feature gas fireplaces and en-suite bathrooms. Regardless of the season, there's plenty to do here! Unwind with some friendly competition around the pool table, engage in a game of putt-putt golf in the backyard, soak in the hot tub, and find ample space to retreat from the day's excitement.

LIVING ROOM
Wrap yourself in a blanket and settle in for a movie night or sharpen your pool skills around the pool table. Accommodate extra guests with the comfortable memory foam Queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The memories created here will be nothing short of delightful.

BEDROOM SETUP
Queen Bedroom (1st floor)
Closet space for your belongings, an ultra-comfortable bed with luxurious bedding, and a newly renovated and fully stocked bathroom with a shower.

King Master Bedroom (2nd floor)
Complete with a dresser, fireplace, large Smart TV, and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom featuring a double-headed shower and a large tub for a relaxing soak.

KITCHEN
Indulge in the use of our large, well-equipped kitchen for preparing hearty home-cooked meals. It comes fully stocked with pots, pans, spices, wine glasses, bakeware, and servingware. Enjoy a cup or pot of coffee anytime using the Keurig and drip coffee system, with creamer in the fridge and sugar on the counter.

BACKYARD
Relax in the hot tub while others grill up delicious food and play rounds of putt-putt. The backyard is shared with the Penthouse unit on the 3rd floor, but there's plenty of enjoyment and relaxation for everyone. Hot tub towels are provided in your unit.

KID-FRIENDLY AMENITIES
For your convenience, we provide a pack-n-play, sheets, and a high chair in the unit, making your stay with children more comfortable.

Guest Access:
During your stay you will have access to Crescent Mansion with a private entry at the front of the house, or a shared entry from the back of the house for a wonderful stay! The laundry room and the back yard to include the hot tub are shared with the other unit on the property.

The Neighborhood:
Right in the heart of downtown, you are able to easily walk a few blocks and get to all the restaurants, bars, and boutique shopping along N Tejon!

Getting Around:
Just one street over and you're on N Tejon! While everything is close enough to walk to in downtown, there are also scooters all around downtown that you're able to reserve/pay for via an app and ride around making it that much more fun staying here!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

This unit comprises of the entire 1st and 2nd floors complete with the kitchen, living room, on-suite balcony, 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and all which can be accessed by a private entrance from the front of the house, or back of the house! The 3rd floor is rented out separately with it's own private entry from the shared laundry room at the back of the house.
