We enjoyed our stay in this home over Baylor’s homecoming weekend. The listing was accurate, but just know that this is an aged home, so it has its character. Parts have been updated, and were certainly appreciated, but it’s still an old country home overall.
Only other negative we experienced were the dogs next door being occasionally annoying, first at 10pm when the kids were asleep, and then again at about 6am. So while this home is on land out in the country, the neighbors and their dogs are very close by.
Apart from what’s stated, it was otherwise a quiet stay on a very quiet road, the kids slept great when the dogs weren’t out, and there was plenty of room in the home for a family of just 4 to spread out. It rained through our stay, so we didn’t get to enjoy the full property, but there were lots of great outdoor areas to play or relax if the weather was better.
Overall, it worked great for what we needed, just didn’t quite hit a “perfect” for us.
