Available Christmas weekend for check-in on Saturday 12/23. Check out Saturday 12/30. Condo located South Lake Tahoe. Rockwood B. 1st floor. No elevator. There are 43 steps along the walkway to the condo entrance. Hot tub nearby. Perennial Vacation Club property. 2 BR, 1 bath plus vanity sink. Fabulous Mountain View’s. Ski, snowboard or gamble. Lots to do. Includes stove, oven, d/w, fridge, microwave. 2 queen beds and queen sleeper sofa. Casinos are only 4 miles away. This is a week timeshare stay, but will accept a minimum 4 night stay over Christmas weekend! If needing less than 4 nights, reach out to me and will consider.
Heavenly Valley Stagecoach lift is only minutes away!

Our family has owned this beautiful time-share property at South Lake Tahoe NV for over 25 years. We hold a Gold Week which allows us to stay during Christmas week. During years when we are unable to make the trip from Texas or Colorado, we enjoy renting to others who may want to enjoy a wonderful Christmas week vacation at this gorgeous location. We have access to Daytona Beach and Bandera Texas as well. If interested in these locations please contact us for possible exchanges and/or dates.

Beautiful majestic views. Easy access to Heavenly Valley ski resort as well as other excellent ski locations nearby. Heavenly North Stagecoach ski lift parking is the next lot over from the Perennial Village.
