Toxic

The house smelled of strong cleaning chemicals that burned the eyes and could hardly breathe. We had to open all windows and doors while staying there and still couldn’t get the air cleared of the strong chemical odor.

One of the neighbor's has dogs that barked all night hard to sleep then there was a rooster. Had one ply toilet paper .but all in all was good.

The house itself was okay, but there were cobwebs in the windows and the building itself was older. But, that wasn't a huge problem. The issue was the neighborhood. It was run down and had boarded up homes all around, and a vacant lot across the street. We didn't feel completely safe. And since there was a code on the front door and no bolt lock, we were concerned how many others still knew how to get in.

Visiting family

It was clean and the beds were comfortable! The yard needed some help making it dog friendly, maybe a fenced in yard. I would rent it again.

The house is very cute, clean and was in a quiet neighborhood. The host was easy to get a hold of if I needed anything (which I didn’t!). I would highly recommend staying here.

Husband was Skeptical, but it worked for us.

PROS: Cute decor, great water pressure, washer/dryer is handy, bed was okay, a bit hard for our taste, bed linens were wonderful, and plenty of pillows that were comfy! wifi and tv worked great, fridge kept things cold, almost too cold! 😉 Thankful it was dog friendly. Our MiniGoldendoodle did great here! Plenty of room in the driveway. Love lamps on the night stands at each bed CONS: No ice trays, dining room light didn't work, Keurig didn't heat water properly, previous tenants' towels were hanging behind bedroom door. Area rugs need to be well vacuumed, they are shaggy and hold a lot of stuff. Neighborhood was run down, but we didn't have any issues. Some flooring boards were warped/loose. A musty smell when we first arrived. Running the a/c units seemed to help (or we just got used to it.) Neutral: We didn't cook here, but did use the microwave without any issues. No oven except a toaster oven.

Such a sweet little house

The house was exactly as described and fully fitted out. Perfect for our needs. SOOOO clean and to walk in to that fresh linen smell was divine. There was some severe weather while we were there and we never felt it. Stayed comfy on the couch watching Amazon Prime!
