Welcome to Buccaneer 111! This is a non-smoking and pet prohibited condo with 1 Bedroom/Bath with additional sleeping alcove, perfect for small families and couples! Come enjoy a morning sunrise or relax and unwind on your peaceful canal-front covered & furnished deck. The Master offers a King bed with private access to the covered deck! Alcove off of kitchen offers a Twin bed and stacked washer/dryer. Alcove's Twin bed can be converted to a King-size bed due to the trundle. Spacious living, dining and full kitchen with plenty of natural light. Mounted flat-screen TV in Living room and high-speed WiFi make starting and ending your days easy and relaxing. Access to community pool, fitness center, tennis, basketball & volleyball courts, playground, and clubhouse provided. Just a quick walk to our on-site marina, ships store, Blue Water Grill, Mimi's Tiki Hut, and miles of lighted docks for walking, jogging, fishing and crabbing!

This property is a Vacation-My-Way so there is a 3-night minimum in effect year-round. Parking at the building for up to 2 vehicles, neither spot is covered. This building does not have an elevator, it is located on the 1st floor- which is accessed by a flight of stairs. Guests can bring a boat, but no slip is provided with the rental. Slips can be rented on a first come-first serve basis from the rental office and trailers must be stored off-site.
