Ruined/stressful trip
I booked through VRBO, received a confirmation. On our way to property and did not hear from owner about getting in. Called her and she said she doesn’t have my reservation and there is nothing she could do. Was rude and wanted to get off the phone. VRBO tried calling her and she wouldn’t answer. I had my email and they charged my card. It was in Vegas and everything was sold out or triple the price. We found something on Expedia but paid way more than should have. We had a concert to be at. We had to cancel our dinner reservations because of the hassle we had in finding a room. Because it was so busy in Vegas I feel owner got more money from her property than what I paid and blew me off. I hope VRBO bans her from listing her property and am hoping for some compensation for my troubles.

Fantastic house in Las Vegas
A GREAT vrbo experience! The house was even larger than the photos showed. In a wonderful, quaint neighborhood with walking/running paths near by. Close enough to our event at Allegiant Stadium, and far enough from the strip to not have to deal with crazy traffic. 3 queen beds, with two large couches that were also big enough for additional sleeping. 2 floors made it easy for our family of 6 to spread out and not be on top of each other. Owner was super friendly. Made check in and out very simple.

Owner was easy to communicate and fixed concerns promptly. The house was well stocked. It was overall a good experience. I will come come back.
