Spend you next vacation in Durango relaxing in your own private home at the golf course.

Single level with a great floor plan. The kitchen, dining room and living room are one big great room so you can enjoy visiting with your friends and family. Really nice patio in the partially fenced back yard and just minutes from stepping onto the golf course at Dalton Ranch. The master suite has a king size bed, flat screen TV and huge master bath with sunken tub & shower. All remaining bedrooms offer a queen bed. There are plenty of eating areas, with a formal dining area off the kitchen, a breakfast bar and a second dining area just off the living room. The home does not have a/c but stays fairly cool in the summer and the winters are warm and cozy next to the gas fireplace. A 2 car garage is available as well as washer & dryer. The patio features a gas grill and nice patio furniture - spend all summer enjoying this relaxing setting. This home is well equipped and set up perfectly for your next vacation.

Dalton Ranch House

This lovely home sits in a golf community with stunning views and wonderful lush landscaping. It was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the patio and gas grill. We can highly recommend this property.

Great 4 bedroom house !!

The area the house was in was nice and quiet. Easy 8 minutes drive from downtown Durango. House was clean and very well taken care of. In front of neighborhood is a grocery and liquor store. Would definitely recommend this house.

Our go-to property in Durango!

We have stayed in this home for three years in a row. The home is perfect for a small family, and the neighborhood is gorgeous. It is quiet and peaceful and an easy drive to downtown Durango, Purgatory, and Silverton. We will hope to book again the next time we are in Durango.

Beautiful Home

We were very impressed with the accommodations. The house is absolutely beautiful, well equipped with everything needed. Neighborhood is very quiet. My only issue was there is no street parking and we wanted to entertain some friends that live locally and really couldn’t do it. Other than that, if we were going to come back out there, we would stay there again!

Perfect home for large families/groups

The home was the best equipped home we have ever used - enough dishes, pots, pans, dish towels, bath towels, blankets, etc. Grocery store literally down the street, close to the ski resort & town. It fit our needs perfectly.

Nice Property but Some Small Defects and Inconveniences

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks in Durango. This was our first time there and we'll definitely be back. The house itself was large and bright. It is in a golf course community 8 miles north of town. During our stay, we experienced a pipe leak in the garage, but our property manager, through yeoman effort, managed to get someone to repair it over the weekend. There were some other minor problems. There was some chipped paint on the walls, non-functioning vertical blinds, and a torn sheet on the bed. The owner chose not to provide garage remotes for guests so there was the inconvenience of exiting the car to enter the code on the keypad when entering and leaving. We respected the request to remove shoes at the entry, but felt it was unnecessary given the color of the carpet. I believe with a little work, the property could rise from pretty good to excellent.

Great home

The house was perfect for our family group. Comfortably furnished and with a nice backyard. Location is great. Far enough from town to enjoy the mountains, but close enough to get to town quickly and easily.

Dirt bike riding trip

The house is nicely appointed and close to the riding trails that we rode. Have access to the garage was great so we could leave the bikes in there then go into town for dinner. Nice neighborhood.

Great place in a great location.

The house was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. (While the following did not affect our stay the agency needs to know that the sprinkler system is not working and the grass is dying.. The router was plugged into a switched outlet and therefor was off when the light was switched off. Also the cover on that outlet was broken.)

Short relaxing trip

Was here for only a week but was very relaxing and comfortable place. Nice home, good comfortable beds and sofas. Nice patio in back with partial view of mountains. Quiet neighborhood with nice next door neighbors. Excellent property manager Janet who made sure we were satisfied with everything. Issues: bad phone reception in house ( We had Verizon), tv and internet was spotty at times. Overall great stay!
