Fun and close to the strip

The back yard and pool are great! There are some little flaws, but those are to be expected in a rental. Our kids were in awe of the house. The only thing I make people aware of is that the rules the property manager sends says there is a book at the property, but there isn't. Not a real problem, just have to look it up on the app.

Poor Check-in and Communications, Oversensitive Noise Detector

While check-in was a poor experience, as we had to contact the property manager a couple of times just to get the check-in instructions a few hours before the start of our stay, the bigger issue was the noise detector. The property has an absurdly low noise limit of 60 db and a sensitive noise detector. This resulted in getting threatened by the property manager that they would call the cops, even though it wasn't even yet the quiet hours detailed in the instructions (before 10pm). While it's a pretty and well-decorated home, the overall guest relations experience was lacking.

Trendy Place to Stay

The VRBO looks exactly like the photos on the inside. It was about 15 minutes from The Strip so not bad travel time there were food and grocery stores nearby. I wish I was more familiar with the Las Vegas area because to me the neighborhood felt a little run down. The host was very kind and responds quickly which is a huge plus.
