Cozy Home with Pool & Jacuzzi
Beautiful 4 bedroom house with 3 full bathrooms, Pool & Jacuzzi!! Lots of parking on premises. This house is next to two freeways 5 & 170 and seven mins away from 405 freeway. Takes 25 mins to Six Flags Magic Mountain, 15 mins to Universal Studios Hollywood, 45 mins to Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm, and 5 mins to stores: Ralphs, CVS, rite aid, Starbucks, Kohl's, and much more. 2 mins away from Kaiser Hospital.
Please treat our home as nicely as you would your own. Make sure all inside noises are contained by 10:30pm so neighbors will not be disturbed. Backyard entertainment must be turned off by 10:00pm (Pool hours 8am to 10pm).
BEDROOMS:
There are a total of 4 bedrooms, 5 beds that sleeps 10 guests.
Bedroom One- Two Queen size beds, walk-in closet, two night stands, couch, 43" inch smart TV.
Bedroom Two- Queen size bed, sliding closet with shelves/hangers, 43" inch smart TV, couch, two night stand.
Bedroom Three- Queen size bed, sliding closet with shelves/hangers, two night stands, couch, 43" inch smart TV
Bedroom Four- Queen size bed, two night stands, sliding closet with shelves/hangers, couch, 43 inch smart TV.
-In each room there will be extra linens and comforters!

There are a total of Three Full Bathrooms.
Bathrooms are all fully stocked with essentials: Towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrush/tooth paste, shower loofah, hair dryer, & toilet paper.
