Newly built home in 2022.. with beautiful ocean views. Access to beach across a quiet street just steps away. 2400 sf home plus 1200 sf garage/basement. The home boasts a chef kitchen with oversized gas range and convection oven. A Kitchen Aide refrigerator, and an island to prepare the meals.

Enjoy the sit down 2 player retro arcade game console with hundreds of games or a game of billiards, play a little roulette or blackjack on the game table, or pull out a board game for some family fun! Watch your favorite movies or shows on one of the simple to operate 50" TVs.

Firewood is for your use to make fires on the beach.

Shower in the garage for cleaning up before going in the house.

Individual heat control for each bedroom and a picnic style dining table to fit everyone in.

A porch swing and climbing rope in the front for relaxing and playing.

Spend a day exploring the The Knoll with it's gorgeous coastal views is only a half mile to the trailhead!

Visit the community center with it's lap swimming, slide, rope swing, diving boards, and rock wall. Visitors are welcome.

Go shopping downtown or check out the outlet mall. Glass blowing or collecting shells on the beach.

Boogie boards provided for the adventurous!

A starter supply of necessities such as... Hand soaps, cleaning wipes, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels, napkins, dish soap and a spice rack.

Main floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. (1 in master, 1 accessible from hall). It has the kitchen, dining, and living room with 50" TV and gas fireplace.

Upper floor has 2 bedrooms with one full bath accessible from hallway. It also contains the recreation area with pool table, card table, blackjack table, mini fridge, wall mounted connect 4, 50" TV and board games.

There is parking for 4 cars on on driveway and in garage. Large vehicle can park next to house.

Beach access is across the 2 lane quiet street.
