Mountain cabin charm with an in town location, the Brown Bear Lodge is a rustic cabin located in Buenttner Park in Red Lodge. This historic area housed WPA workers in the 1930’s as they built the Beartooth Pass, America’s Scenic Byway. The combination of old time charm with the conveniences of town makes Brown Bear Lodge great basecamp for your adventures. Equipped with an indoor hot tub, it’s the perfect place to unwind after skiing, hiking, biking, shopping or doing any of the multiple activities found in Red Lodge. This simple cabin features everything you need without the frills.

Brown Bear Lodge is located in the heart of Red Lodge, Montana. This cabin was built in the 1930`s. Rustic charm and walking distance from downtown.
Full cabin and shared lawns throughout the park
This old cabin is quirky and homey. The layout of this home resembles alley style homes, where you continue to go through one room to get to the next. The two bedrooms are adjoining the hot tub room. There is access to the lawns from the back bedroom and the living area.
Only one block from Red Lodge's charming main street.

Yellowstone National Park is about 70 miles away via the Beartooth Pass, which is a beautiful scenic drive, but it takes at least two hours to get there due to the twists and turns.

Red Lodge Mountain is only about 15 minutes away.
