The Niagara Retreat is a relaxing, modern home conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of NWA home. Close to everything and perfect for your NWA getaway. This property sleeps 8, with 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths. Plenty of outdoor space with a large deck and a nice open back yard. Explore the walking and bike trails nearby. Fully stocked home, kitchen, & laundry.

• Newly renovated with new appliances and furniture.
• Smart Lock: Each reservation gets a unique random door code
• Smart TVs

• Deck in the back yard

Main Living Space: Spacious, open floor plan with large windows. Includes a living room seating area with a 70” Smart TV.

Kitchen: fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes and silverware, linens, Keurig coffee maker (single serve and carafe), toaster, serving accessories, and more.

Outdoor Space: Deck with seating. Back yard and driveway.

Master Bedroom: King sized bed, private bathroom, large closet.

Guest Bedrooms: Queen bed with firm spring mattresses, closet, and reading lamps.

We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed a doorbell camera at the entrance.

Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area.

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our doorbell camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.

We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking

- PETS - Small/Medium size pets are welcome (under 40 pounds), but we require pre-approval and a $100 fee per pet plus a $150 per pet deposit. (2 pets max).

- No events, parties, or large gatherings.

- Must be at least 22 years old to book

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces

- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.

Loved it!

So nice and so clean! The beds were super comfy, the AC worked amazing, everything was so nice and clean. Awesome location! The neighborhood is very safe, and close to stores and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to stay here again when I visit family. One of my favorites!

Absolutely beautiful!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home! It appears to have been completely remodeled and is very modern. The open floor plan was great for us to spend time with our friends cooking, watching TV, listening to music, etc. All three mattresses were so comfortable and we slept great. The location was just enough outside of town to feel like you’re not in the city but close enough to be able to grab groceries or a bite to eat. The owner was incredibly quick to respond to our questions throughout the booking process and during our stay. All directions were super easy to understand and follow. This will definitely be a repeat location for us!

Our best VRBO yes in NWAR

Nice place, clear and reasonable expectations, and fabulous location for car and bike commuting both. Comfy bed, big screen TV and Jacuzzi tub all very enjoyable. Second bath not as accessible as it looked online but there is a bath bench there now. Microwave a little awkward to reach. Absolutely nothing else less than perfect. Recommend!

Excellent Christmas Getaway

Great place for a game weekend

Very much enjoyed my stay here. Had everything I needed and it was only a short 20 minute drive to Arkansas University! Neighborhood was nice and the property was very clean.

Perfect!!!!!!

We were in town on family business. This beautiful brick home in a quiet neighborhood suited us perfectly. The home is immaculate and tastefully decorated. The common areas were good for us to socialize, cook and relax while there was ample space to have much-needed privacy and seclusion. The hosts communicated well and were very helpful. I’ll definitely book again the next time I’m in the area.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay visiting family in the area. The home was just as described. The location is perfect and close to the highway for activities in Fayetteville, Rogers and Bentonville. Really nice tv in family room. Kitchen great for entertaining! We hope to stay again.
