So much room! Entering the home you’ll be immediately impressed. Your eyes are drawn from the sparkling marble floors to the spiral stairs and balcony above. Is that a shiver of excitement you feel or the chill of the air conditioning?! The split system AC units in each room, 7 total, keep you cool on Poipu’s sunniest days. Speaking of the sun, you’ll love that the home generates most of its electricity! A 24-panel rooftop PV Solar array w/a a Tesla backup battery to help power you through the night saves you hundreds of dollars each month! In the aerial pics note the course’s solar farm to the south, tucked behind a hedge; it is a low profile and quiet neighbor. The attractions of Poipu are so close but the calm vibe here in Kiahuna Golf Village makes it feel far away. Simply follow the community paths to quickly arrive at the course driving range, putting area, and first tee; or to Poipu Beach, the Shops at Kukuiula, and more. Kiahuna Golf Village is uniquely encircled by the Robert Trent Jones II-designed Kiahuna Golf Course. This home’s placement between the 1st tee and the 18th hole is like no other in the neighborhood. Expansive views across the course include a rippling water feature to the West, stunning Mt Hauupu to the East, and a blue line of ocean between.
Poipu Beach Athletic Club membership is included with your reservation for your registered guests. Located only a 1 mile from Poipu Mala Nani Hale, the club offers a resort-style pool with a waterslide, toddler sand pool, jacuzzi, tennis, pickleball, gym, and the Cabana restaurant.

Great Location, Great Views!

We were definitely happy with our rental. The location was very convenient to restaurants, shops, beach and coffee! The access to the Athletic Club and Pool was a definite bonus, especially having young kids with us. We did experience an issue with a leak (happened to be there during a rare, wild storm), but the management company responded quickly to my call and offered to send us a partial refund for the 2 nights inconvenience. Luckily for us the storm was towards the end of our trip!

Great home, perfect for families!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, spacious and had toys in bins that our kids loved! The location was peaceful, quiet and conveniently located. Pack n plays and crib were provided. When we arrived the crib was broken but we called and it was replaced within 30 minutes! Access the the Poipu Beach Club was fabulous. We would highly recommend staying here!

Kauai - Splendor

The owners of this property have gone above and beyond in providing a family friendly home. The home is located such that we could travel to all parts of the island with ease! Plenty of items provided for all ages including a basket full of little cars and trucks for the little ones (who also loved going down the slide off the back deck) We enjoyed sitting on the deck to eat - enjoy our favorite beverages then once the sun went down marvel at the incredible stars! We have a wonderful time.

Spacious, bright house great for large families

This is a beautiful big house that can easily accommodate large parties. It is located close to famous beaches and the athletic center is a short drive with a nice pool, courts, and gym. The house was spotless and provided beach chairs and towels. It was a great place to stay for a week on this island!

Perfect large family home!

We travelled with extended family and the house was perfect for our group! So spacious and clean with comfortable beds and multiple gathering spaces. The neighbourhood was breathtaking. We hope to stay again!
