We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during FSU grad weekend. Extra family in town required 3 bed/ 3 bath accommodations and this suited our group’s needs so super well! We’ll-equipped kitchen & overall townhome is quite clean, beds comfortable as well as fluffy towels & upgraded shower heads!! Aesthetic furnishings! Thanks for a lovely stay!!
The location is beautiful and only 30-40 minutes from Tallahassee. It is off the beaten path which is perfect for us. The views are fantastic and the unit has a dock with access to Apalachee Bay. The neighbors were very friendly and the next door neighbor is a local fishing guide if you want to go fishing (Live Oak Charters). Check in was easy and the owner was very responsive to our inquiries. The home was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended whether you’re in the area to fish, relax, or visit Tallahassee.
This unit and Live Oak Island is a hidden gem. Traveled here with wife and kids (9 and 7) to fish and scallop. Unit is easy to get to and has ideal access to the bay for whatever activity you choose on the water. Bedrooms were all super clean and we enjoyed the great views from all the windows and decks on each of the floors. It looks like the owner has done some recent remodeling and updating. There also is a great deck above the parking spot which was great for coffee in the morning or hanging out in the evening. We explored some great restaurants in St. Marks and Panacea, both of which were just a short drive away. One of the best features is the ease of access getting out on the water. Boat ramp is right next to the unit and you can start fishing in as little of a five-minute boat ride. Will definitely be back.
