This is a six bedroom home that has the ability to lock off one floor for the Month of May and part of June only. The amenities are exactly the same on each floor but it will only be rented to one guest at a time. You will not be sharing the home with another traveler. If you would like to rent the whole house which is a 6 bedroom, the price is as is, however if you want only one floor in the month of May or June only, it would be half of the cost. Small pets are welcome for a small pet fee. for the week.

Great Beach House
We had a large family group staying for the week. Everyone had their own space, but there was plenty of indoor/outdoor common space as well. Having two kitchens made family dinners much easier. The location is great, steps from the bay, but also an easy walk to the the beach or some good bars and restaurants.

Wonderful house in Seaside Park
We had a great stay in Lee Ann’s house in Seaside Park last week! We were a large family group consisting of all ages from 4 to 70+. We rented both floors for 8 days. The house was big, nice and clean. Plenty of room for many to sleep, enough bathrooms and large kitchen and dining areas. Well-equipped kitchen. Pleasantly situated on a quiet street. Beautiful view of the bay and sunset from the front deck. The walk to the ocean side beach was only a few minutes and the beach was great! Our host responded quickly and was very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay there again! Thank you, Lee Ann!

End of summer family getaway!
The moment we drove up to this beautiful home on a very quiet street in Seaside Park we knew we had made the right decision to stay here; and walking in confirmed our first impressions - a spacious house with gorgeous interior design, and plenty of natural light. So clean and spotless, so many rooms all tastefully decorated - it was just right for our multi-generational family getaway. We found it very accommodating, with all the comforts of home. We were a stone’s throw from the bay and a short couple blocks’ walk to the beach- walks I enjoyed with my 7-year old nieces, who by the way wanted to stay longer!! The front porches afforded us outdoor relaxation with a great view of the bay; we had many bedrooms (6) with ample choices of beds and enough bathrooms (4) to accommodate our family mix. Having a fully equipped kitchen on both floors is so convenient too. We enjoyed the choice of rooms for relaxing - all together as a family, or separately if/when in need of some quiet time. It was a pleasure to work with Lee Ann and Alan, guiding me through check in and check out and being very responsive throughout our stay. What a joy! Thanks for helping to make our vacation a memorable one!!

Large and spotless house in a wonderful location
Upon first entering the house (we rented both floors), we noticed how clean it was. The six bedrooms contain a large number of beds in different combinations of queens, twin and twin/double bunkbeds, plus the king master, so it was very easy to comfortably find space for and accommodate our family group of 14. The house could sleep a considerably larger group if needed. Because the combination kitchen/living area on the 2nd floor was larger than the same on the 1st floor, we made that our primary living/cooking area, but there are several smaller non-bedroom living areas on the first floor where different groups could gather to watch a movie, play cards, or read. We really enjoyed the versatility of the living spaces and it made it easy to accommodate everybody's interests all at the same time. The 2nd floor balcony off the living area was our favorite place to gather to watch the sun set over the bay and listen to our resident ukelele player and singer (aka, my niece's boyfriend). We also enjoyed having four bathrooms, not including the outdoor shower to wash off after the beach, to accommodate a large group. The location of the house just north of Island Beach State Park is a very pleasant, quiet family area within walking of distance of restaurants, which we took advantage of. Lee Ann was always quickly responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. Check-in/check-out was a cinch. It was a wonderful vacation!

Seaside park house
This was a wonderful Memorial Day week vacation. The owners are responsive, helpful and very kind. The house is big with comfortable sleeping and living arrangements. Was like being home. The area is fantastic. 1/2 a block from the bay that has a playground and beach area. The ocean is 2 blocks away and very clean with a pristine beach.

Lee Ann and Alan's home was everything we expected. The floorplan was great, well suited to our large, 16 people, extended family. House was immaculate and they even provided some heavy duty covers for the couches so we didn't have to worry about our dog causing damage. Lee Ann and Alan are very dedicated to providing an excellent vacation and were very responsive to our questions and requests.

Family fun in Seaside Park!
This was my first visit at Seaside Park, and this was the perfect location for our family vacation. The property was beautiful, with gorgeous sunset views of the bay and easy walk to the ocean shore. We had 3 generations of family, including 12 month old twins, and everyone had a good time! In addition to the beach, we spent some time at the seaside heights boardwalk, and the Point Pleasant boardwalk and aquarium. Lots to do to keep the kids occupied! The restaurants near by, including Bum Rodgers and Chef Mike's ABG were wonderful! Worth the hour wait at Chef Mike's! And don't miss the fish taco's at the Tiki Bar during the day! If we return for another vacation here, I would want to book the same place. Lee Ann was responsive before and during our stay, making it enjoyable and convenient! Thank you!

Truly enjoyed our stay!!
We enjoyed our stay @ LeeAnn & Alan's beach house. It was immaculate and comfortable. The house is the perfect distance from the beach & boardwalk. Loved BumRogers (restaurant/tavern)! It was a quick walk down the block, food was absolutely delish, great craft beer menu, fun atmosphere and then an easy, quick stroll back to the house. Beautiful beach house near a beautiful beach.
This house is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, fully equipped, safe, and conveniently located near Island Beach State Park. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Both my husband and I are foodies and were grateful to have a fully equipped kitchen. We didn't miss a step with meals. We love to cook so the kitchen in this house made it a pleasure to cook our own meals. We found a great sushi restaurant at the base of the bridge for the nights we wanted a break from cooking. I have traveled all over the world, lived my whole life in NJ, and was pleasantly surprised to find one of the best vacation destinations right here on the Jersey shore. It couldn't have happened without Lee Ann and Alan's home as a base for my outdoor activities. My husband and I are 40 something adventurers. We live an active lifestyle. There was no end to the beach fishing, photography or just plain beach bumming on one of the most beautiful beaches on the planet. Having this house be steps away from IBSP made it very convenient but more than that Lee Ann made it very easy. This was my first VRBO rental and I had trust issues. She put my mind at ease and delivered on everything she promised. My husband and I stayed for one week with our dog and our parrot. I would definitely recommend this home to a friend!

Happy memories made in this perfect beach house!
We just returned from a week at Leeann and Alan's house. It was even nicer than I had imagined! Upon entering this spotlessly clean house, you are struck by the lovely palette of sea glass colors in each room. We loved the "themed" rooms, for example, the "starfish" kitchen ! Our little grandchild was so excited by the starfish decor in there and the tropical fish in the front living room and bathroom.! Leeann and Alan added such nice touches- even the kitchen knobs had sea turtles and starfish on them! The layout of the house was perfect for us. We had our grown children with us and the house afforded both communal space and space for privacy. For example, two of our party had to work from vacation, so we could close the door off the kitchen and they had a nice quiet space to work, while we still had enough space to relax and play with our grandchild. LeeAnn and Alan provided us with beach passes to the nearby private beach which was heavenly! they also gave us a parking pass so we could park close enough to the beach to bring our multiple chairs and umbrellas. However, the beach was also close enough to walk to for those younger people! The bay was a few houses away. What beautiful sunsets were to be seen! The house is near to Ebby's Deli and Restaurants which are AMAZING! You must try the pepper and egg sandwich for breakfast. It is delicious. We went to Ebby's every day for at least one meal! What a treasure! Oh, did I mention the outdoor shower? Every person loved it! So, if you want a lovely house, near to the beach, with warm, friendly and helpful hosts- this is the beach house for you! Stayed: August 2016

Another fantastic trip
This is the second year in a row we have stayed in LeeAnn and Alan's beautiful beach house and we will definitely be back again next year! Their home is perfectly situated between the bay and ocean. The views and sunsets are unbelievable. A short walk to the beach and great restaurants. This isn't any beach either - it is gorgeous and private so you can bring coolers or just enjoy live music, lunch and fun tiki bar at the Atlantic Club adjacent to the beach entrance. LeeAnn and Alan are so gracious and accommodating. We hit the beach every day and enjoyed fresh seafood each night. Had a beautiful kitchen and grill to cook as well. It was perfect to be 10 min. drive to the water park, pier and rides for our kids to enjoy on overcast days but far enough away you don't see or hear any of the sights and sounds of Seaside Heights. Best vacay again. So glad we found this home!!! Thanks again LeeAnn and Alan!

Great Stay at the Beach!
What a great place! Beautiful Home. Spotlessly clean and the rooms are very spacious. Everything is so well maintained. Nice backyard and the outdoor shower is definitely a plus! The house is located in a great area. Quiet street 1/2 block from the bay (awesome sunsets) and within walking distance to beach and restaurants! What's not to like! Another great vacation
This is my third time staying at this beautiful home and I love it more each time. It is on a quiet street that is just a few blocks away from some of the most beautiful beaches in NJ and right near the bay for incredible sunsets.The house itself is spotlessly clean with living space that is perfect.Oh and let's not forget the great outdoor space including an outdoor shower!! Awesome Location!!
My husband and I along with are two sons ages 14 and 12, stayed at this rental last week. The location is absolutely perfect and the house is wonderful! Very clean and plenty of room for all of our visitors! The owners were so nice and very accommodating. They even let us borrow their parking pass so my in-laws didn't have to walk the few blocks to the beach when they visited. The bay sunsets were beautiful and it was great to be able to walk there in seconds. The crabbing was super and the beach (homeowners supply badges) was fantastic! My sons were thrilled about the basketball court less than a block away and Island State Park is right around the corner; great for bike rides and walking. Have never vacationed in Seaside Park before but will definitely be back! Thank you so much to the owners for sharing their home with us. We had an incredible time!!

Best Trip Ever!
We typically travel to the Jersey Shore twice a year but this was our first time to Seaside Park and we have already re-booked for next year! The house is in the absolute perfect location - steps from the bay and a few short blocks to the beach. The beach is private so you can bring coolers or eat on the deck of a fantastic seafood place by the beach entrance. It is also walking distance to fabulous restaraunts, bars, ice cream shops, yet in a quiet neighborhood. For more activity, you can drive (owners provide a parking pass) to Seaside Heights for the water park, amusements etc. On top of all that -the owners are fantastic and beyond generous and helpful with extras like beach chairs, a wagon for our son, beach buggy etc. The floorplan of the house was great as well. Two separate "tv" rooms so adults and childeren could enjoy different programming at night. All in all, a fabulous trip!

Simply breath, sense where you are by 'living' in this perfect beach house and its location....
From booking in the beginning of 2015 to the last day of our respite, the owners were fabulous. The house is perfectly situated on the bay side with views and should you be a walker, this is no doubt the area. Family friendly, peaceful, and safe neighborhood. The home, oh my gosh, the home, the layout, the decor, and the gorgeous kitchen was wonderful. We had a great grandmother, a grandmother, son and his baby during this trip and we each had our own room...when/if someone called it an early evening, there are two living rooms that both have flat screen TV's, (one larger than the other), so the other folks could stay up w/out disturbing the other. There are two full size bathrooms, however, I just love the outdoor shower and this is just great for the outdoorsy person. We had really good weather and were able to just sit on the porch in the mornings and have our coffee, and enjoy the evenings as well just saying "Hello" to everyone walking by. I highly recommend this VRBO rental, we're planning to revisit and making this our new family reunion location! Thanks to the Owners ~

Great Place for Families
What a beautiful place!!Set up so there are two living areasso either two families or families with older children can have separate space. There are also two porches a backyard and best of all an outdoor shower! The property is located on a quite street that is a few blocks from a great beach and one block from bay.it is a perfect place for those who want to be at the beach without all the noise and traffic but within walking distance of many great eateries. Six Fun Days in Seaside Park
We spent six days in this lovely beach house. We had never been to Seaside Park before, and it was a fun experience. There were five adults, two 12 year olds and one 14 year old. There was plenty of room for all of us to be together and there was room if you wanted peace and quiet to read alone. The description of the house is very accurate; it was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is new with beautiful, new appliances. Island Beach Park is very close by, and the house is situated right near the bay with an easy walk to the beach. Atlantic Bar and Grill, which is very close by, was very good. We had a great dinner there on July 4th. All in all it was a terrific week for all of us.

Can't say enough about this property. Neat, clean, quiet residential location; everything we needed to make for an enjoyable week for my family. Lovely week at the beach
My family( husband, myself and our 3 children) and my parents rented this very clean, updated and extremely spacious home for a week. It is a lovely home and we had a wonderful week at the beach!!! Thank you!!!!

Lovely Beach home and area
For three very enjoyable years my family has been renting this pristine, air conditioned, well- located house in Seaside Park. Not only are the owners friendly and helpful, but they go out of their way to make sure we have everything we need for a fabulous vacation. The neighborhood is mostly residential so it is quiet. The house has plenty of room for us. The kitchen is updated and well equipped. The ocean colors tastefully reflect the serenity of the location; 3 short blocks from the ocean, 1 block from Island Beach State Park and a stone’s throw from Barnegat Bay. The excellent restaurants in the area save us the hassle of driving on Route 35 in the summertime crowds. Also there is a new grill in the back yard, as well as seating, a fire pit and an outdoor shower, everyone’s favorite. When the youngsters are with us we head to Seaside Heights, a short ride away. We also enjoy deep sea fishing from Point Pleasant. I highly recommend renting “our” shore house, which suits us to a “T”.

Area is family orientated, Island Beach State Park is beautiful and conveniently located around the corner from home. Food in the area is fantastic. Best little kept secret around.
