Great Location but NOISY

Your right in the middle of town - great location and 5 blocks from the beach - that is the good part. The Major problem is the Master Bedroom faces a maintenance alley. Starting at 7am you awake to garbage trucks beeping and violent slamming and rolling of dumpsters. The sweet sound of recycled glass being dumped. Garbage Truck Hydraulics lifting and dropping - SLAM ! But my favorite was religiously from 7am - 8am the sound of the commercial power washer - it was about at annoying at a dental drill on your molar for a solid hour. In summary - although quaint and good location - if you want any peace in the morning from 7am - 11am you won't find it here. The landlords response to me was "You rented a place in the center of town. If you wanted a quiet place, this was not a good choice." They were correct it's not only "not quiet" it's obnoxiously loud. Bring your earplugs if you choose to stay.

Awesome get away!

Wonderful place to stay! Clean, one street right behind 5th st in Naples, walking distance to a ton of great restaurants, 4-5 blocks walking to the beach, and a few blocks to a great charter fishing trip. All what they said and more. The small pool is clean and just enough to relax and get cooled off. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Naples, and if we come back this way, we know where to stay. Anita was very responsive, helpful with recommendations, and very accommodating since we were driving in! Had beach chairs (we didn’t use), coolers, and laundry room. Loved it all!

Great Location

This property has a great location close to amazing restaurants & shopping on 5th Avenue. Bring dressier clothes. The beach would be walkable for those packing light. Unfortunately our entire stay was dampened by a tropical storm so we weren't able to walk anywhere, use the beach gear or pool. The unit was clean & the owner was very responsive. My only (tiny) suggestion is to make TV easier to see from the bed -- we never watch TV on vacation but the storm kept us inside.

Great location, great space

Location to beach and 5th Avenue shops/restaurants/bars was awesome. Host made sure unit had everything we needed to insure we had a fabulous stay. From the beach chairs and beach bag to paper goods and seasonings in the kitchen. We had a wonderful few days in Naples. Host did an excellent job providing everything we needed.

Girls trip

Short girls trip…location perfect. Everything was within walking distance..shops, beaches and restaurants. Quiet location just steps behind 5 th avenue! Wake up to a great walk.. hot yoga..beach.. shopping .. dinner and drinks. Ending the nights with sunsets at the beach…life is good.

Fun week in old town Naples

Wonderful location. Close to so many restaurants and shops. Easy walk to Naples beach/pier. Parking at the condo super easy. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

Small, 12 unit condominium property. Unit was small, 1 bedroom, suitable for two. Short walk to restaurants and bars, about 4 blocks to the beach. Owner responsive. Check in/check out painless. Very quiet.

Location and Comfort

A clean, bright, well-appointed condo! We stayed for two weeks after an easy and early check-in, and were very comfortable in this unit. We cooked in several nights, so were happy to have a spacious refrigerator and plenty of pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. Proximity to 5th Avenue and the beach are big pluses for dining out and daily beach walks. Anita was an excellent host to work with.

Best Naples Stay

This is our second time staying here! The property was perfect! Clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped, centrally located to downtown and the beach. The owner is very attentive and responsive! She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible.

The unit has everything you need. Pool was lovely and a 4 block walk to the beach. We parked our car and easily walked to all the great restaurants in the area. Highly recommend. This is our second stay.

In the heart of Old Naples

Wonderful location with in walking to 5th Ave shops and resturants.

This apartment is a bit small, but it has everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, beach chairs and cooler, all linens including beach towel, and a nice pool/patio area. The other guests were very nice and helpful with recommendations. Didn't realize what a big deal it was to have a parking place, that was nice. Easy walk to 5th Ave. The beach, grocery store and Tin City was a longer walk but very doable. The check in process was easy. We had a great week here!
