50th Girlfriends Bday Party
We had 8 ladies and this place was great. It was updated, and has been set up to get the most use at out the condo. It was well stocked (even with things they are normally not provided….hand soap, seasoning, coffee products, etc. The balcony is amazing add fit all of us at one time. It sits perfectly on the beach. Chairs and umbrellas are also provided. Very easy communications with owners.

The property was as described on the site. It was clean, nice, and cozy for our friends trip. The property is located right on the beach and in close proximity to a lot of places for entertainment and food. The host was very friendly and responsive to all my questions. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again if visiting the area.

This beachfront, gulf view condo was a great choice for a place away from the crowds. This penthouse unit has a cool, beachy feel. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Definitely recommend this place!

Great Location and Beautiful Beach
We stayed Sunday to Friday and we had a great time. We had plenty of space to enjoy the beach without encroaching neighbors. The only issue we encountered was some spotty elevator downtime. There are starwells on either end of the building, so that mitigated the inconvenience. The hosts were very gracious and responsive! We would stay here again.

Spent 4 nights here. Check in very easy and covered parking a plus. The views and location on beach were incredible. Loved the outdoor space and seating. Good beach chairs and umbrella. Kitchen well stocked and appliances all fairly new. Bathrooms clean but need updating. The light outside the first floor bedroom is so bright and we found it hard to sleep. Overall really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. Everything was exactly as described. We have five teen/early twenties sons & they loved the upstairs area. The home was very clean, beautifully themed decorated, & just the right size for the seven of us. Thank you for another fond memory for our family.

The condo was in a perfect place right on the beach! Beautiful! The condo also had beach chairs and an umbrella which was wonderful. We had some issues with the internet and Nick was very responsive and helpful trying to work through the problems.

Definitely Would Come Back!
This rental was perfect for me and my friends. It was 4 of us on a girl’s trip for spring break and we had a very comfortable stay! Easy and private access to the beach, which was just perfect, and the view was gorgeous. The host, Nicholas, was absolutely amazing and very communicative, and that was super helpful for me! My friends and I already made up our minds that we’d stay here again!!

Beautiful beach stay
This place is located right on the beach. We had a beautiful view of the gulf where we enjoyed sunrises, sunsets , and watching the dolphins swim by. We enjoyed visiting Fort Pickens and walking the beach every day. Beds were comfortable and the condo was comfortably furnished. We would definitely return !

This condo was absolutely done right. I have rented many condos along Florida's coast the last 25yrs and this one is memorable. Can't get a better view of the ocean, super clean, furniture well thought out from the interior to the balcony, easy check in/out, top of the line kitchen appliances, right amount of utensils, pots and pans. My only recommendation is to put blackout curtains in the first floor bedroom. The exterior corridor light shines so birght no doubt for safety, that it's like pure daylight all night in the room. Really difficult to sleep. This one definitely on my list to stay in annually. Thanks for the perfect getaway!

I bring my young kids (5&7) to the beach once a month. This property was a great experience for us. The condo was clean and very well updated....i really appreciate how much care they took with both aesthetic and comfort). Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Great balcony for sunrise and sunset with amazing water/beach views. The balcony furniture was perfect - cozy sitting area as well as a table seating are. The beach felt like a private beach and happened to be full of seashells. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Great place.

Get it for the balcony
The balcony was very cozy with a beautiful view right on the Gulf. The furniture was beyond comfortable. Sunrise and sunset are both visible from the balcony. The condo blocked the wind so even though it was cold outside, the porch warmed nicely and we spend the majority of our time out there. The condo was very comfortable and clean. Great location near to everyone, yet far enough down the beach to be private. No one was on the beach and we were the only ones putting footprints in the sand.
