The second bedroom has two full-size beds and a private lanai with an ocean view! TALK ABOUT OCEAN VIEWS IN ALL ROOMS!! This unit sleeps a total of 8 guests with a Queen Sofa sleeper located in the main living area as well as a full third bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Whether you are a group of couples or a family of many, this condo is the perfect setup to ensure relaxation, privacy, and an incredible Maui experience! The updated gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook all your meals and features granite countertops, full-size stainless-steel appliances, and beautiful cabinetry. Stay cool on those warmer days with ceiling fans and central AC throughout the condo. While on the lanai, enjoy a cup of Maui-grown coffee while you take in the sights, smells, and sounds of paradise! In the evenings, you'll be astonished by epic sunsets whether you want to dine in or out!

Both bathrooms in the master and second bathroom feature a walk-in, tiled shower, oversized mirrors, granite countertops, and personal sinks that offer plenty of room and storage during your stay. The enclosed toilet room offers privacy and space from the shower and vanity area. The third bathroom is a full bathroom with a shower and toilet that is located in the hallway, perfect for guests! Down the hallway, you'll find the convenient washer and dryer. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for your stay.

The villa features 1700 square feet of interior living space with 180-degree uninterrupted ocean views and three separate walk-out lanai areas for entertainment and dining.

Kapalua Bay Villas is located in the heart of Kapalua with proximity to many of Maui's top beaches, such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Honolua Bay, and more! Enjoy many wonderful restaurants and prestigious golf courses just a step away from the villa. This property features 2 tennis courts, 3 different pools, and BBQ areas, all available for guest use and enjoyment. Kapalua offers a free shuttle service anywhere within Kapalua to all Kapalua guests. There is plenty of free parking and there are no additional daily resort fees at this resort. There are also great trails to explore all within walking distance you can enjoy the Kapalua Coastal Hiking Trail and the Mahana Ridge Hiking Trail.

17.962% State taxes added to all rates. There is a $325 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on the total amount of the rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. Please note Tennis courts under “resurfacing” until March, 2025

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
