Ready to feel at home on 30A? Welcome to your comfortable, casual 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo, located in a friendly gated community. Seagrove Orange is a spacious, end-unit condo sleeps 8 guests in beds. Seagrove Orange is a special place where guests come back year after year! Located in a gated community right on 30A on the second floor, it can be reached by elevator or stairs. Easy access and parking around the back of the building, make getting the family unloaded and loaded up again a piece of cake.

Once inside this bright condo, guests will enjoy a layout that offers privacy but also ample communal space for gathering. All bedrooms are located off a long central hallway. The first bedroom features a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom with a sink/vanity area and a shower/tub combo. Next on the left side is a bunk room, with 4 bunk beds, and an adjacent full bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom or the hallway. There is a laundry room conveniently located on the left side of the hallway as well.

Toward the end of the hallway, the layout opens up into the kitchen and large living and dining area, and the king master suite on the right. The king master bedroom features a very large bathroom/closet area, which includes a separate dressing/vanity area with one sink and a walk-in closet prior to entering the bathroom. The bathroom itself features a shower stall, jetted tub, and a large counter area with one sink.

The kitchen, living and dining area are a perfect open-concept, with a large dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen with an eat-in bar area with two stools. Relax and unwind in plenty of comfortable seating around a 55” HD Smart TV, as well as a fireplace in the living room area. Last but not least is the lovely balcony, which overlooks 30A as well as the sparkling pool! Plenty of seating for the whole gang on the balcony, as well as a dining table for snacks or a meal.

Everyone enjoys the large community pool, which is heated for the majority of March and April. Don’t forget, you will enjoy private beach access, which is either a short walk or bike ride.
