Large accommodation on two floors in Limoilou, very well located on 3rd Avenue, you will be close to the city and within walking distance of Old Quebec while being close to the amenities offered by this superb district of Quebec. You have a bedroom with a queen bed and a double bed in the RC and a bedroom with a queen bed in the basement. You also have a full kitchen and a dining room with a large table. The living room is spacious and equipped with a large sofa. You will have access to all the accommodation including a balcony.
