I appreciate my gracious host for being so accommodating and making sure that all my needs were met. He was very responsive with our communication.

Neighborhood

Communication was good, apartment was clean, neighborhood not the best. Trash all over the front entrance of the property, neighbors are loud, utilization of community washer and dryer apparently has no time limits and are located directly below apartment. Doors slamming and people talking and carrying on all hours of the night. Had to consult management multiple times about room smelling like smoke coming from laundry area when property was listed as smoke free. Advise not staying here if you plan on having early mornings.
