This house has an open concept living, dining and kitchen area, perfect for hosting groups. A private fenced in yard with soft evening lighting. Access to all the amenities including laundry, full kitchen and plenty of parking.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the B side of the house, backyard and the convenience of the B side driveway and neighborhood parking. Some of the closet spaces are closed for housekeeping supplies.
The Neighborhood:
The South Lamar neighborhood is highly sought after. Its location is perfect for all Austin has to offer. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Less than 5 minutes away from the beautiful Zilker park.
There may be ongoing city improvement work in the neighborhood, including detours and rerouting. We appreciate understanding as we strive to enhance the community.

As part of our protection plan, included in your booking price, you will be required to complete an independent third-party verification through Truvi. To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the house rules and FCM Homes terms & conditions via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete both steps at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Thank you!

- Pets are allowed with a fee - not to exceed 2 pets. Please clean up after your pet. $100 per pet per stay.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- Parties or events are NOT allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and must be present for the entire reservation.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining a quiet and respectful environment during your stay, as our property is a duplex and shares a wall with neighboring residents. Your consideration will greatly contribute to a harmonious atmosphere for everyone in the vicinity. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
We wanted to let you know as well that our landscaping team will be on-site every other Friday, to keep the grounds looking their best. You might notice them during your stay, but they’ll be mindful not to disturb you.
