Nice Rental, Excellent View, Meh WiFi

This was a very nice place and in a quiet area with a great view. The only issue we had was not great cell service and wifi was meh. Would I stay here again? Yes but only if I didn’t need to rely on wifi to work remotely. I would still recommend if you are wanting to disconnect in a close to town but quiet area.

Long weekend getaway.

The property was very clean. We had a small issue with the air conditioner and Vacasa took care of it quickly. WiFi was very spotty but that may just be the area. Would stay her again.

Condo was very clean and roomy. Great location on a dead end street and very quiet. A little tricky getting in and out on the main strip due to no traffic light. Living room furniture needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Overall very nice condo.

The property's location is right in center town but you would never know. It's extremely quiet. It was very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Good value

We enjoyed the unit we stayed in and enjoyed the indoor pool. Had a problem with the lock on the unit door. It needed a new battery and the passcode didn’t work even after we installed a battery. Customer service gave us the code for the lockbox so we could use a key. Inside, a wall clock needed a battery also so we installed one.

Great condo!

Luxurious and comfortable space, fun amenities, great view, convenient location. Difficult to get out onto main road at certain times of day and not stocked with soap or a few basic cleaning products but all around great regardless and at an incredible rate!

A hidden jewel

This is a nice little condo tucked away off the strip! Everything is nearby but you still feel secluded, it's very quiet! The condo was clean and everything worked great during our stay, the wifi isn't the best, but hey it's free! We'll definitely be going back!

Great stay great location clean and homey

Great location clean and nice place. The pools were also refreshing. Only issues we had was when we went to check in we didn’t know the number of the condo so we had to wait in the parking lot for awhile. The remote in the bedroom didn’t work and we couldn’t change the channels so it was permanently stuck at HGTV which I enjoyed but could see being an issue. Everything was clean and it was a great stay. My boys loved the closet bunks and the half bath really came in handy.

Nice little cation

Everything was good except the bunk bed mattress’s should have been thrown away and replaced a long time ago. Totally worn out! I’ve stayed in this condo building in other condo’s and never had this problem. This was a big disappointment to us because our disabled grandson had to put up with the problem.

Exceptionally Nice Condo!.

We have stayed in a number of condos in the Mountain View Condo complex in Pigeon Forge and this is one of the best. Very clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. My compliments to the owner - five stars. This was the first condo we have booked thru Vacasa (VRBO listed but Vacasa books) and the total experience from booking thru checkout was excellent. We had one minor issue (no fault of the owner) where the condo association had to be contacted and Vacasa took care of the issue quickly and efficiently.

Good place for good price

We enjoyed this property. It was conveniently near everything. Worked out well for our family. Our 6y and 4y slept on bunkbeds and we brought a crib for our 1yr.
