Changed room from ocean view to view of building. The grout in the bathroom tile was black … around the perimeter one could see the original grout is light gray. Under the beds are piles of dust. In

Should have stayed elsewhere....

First off. No keys in room. As was told there would be... Had to get keys from front desk to enter the room.... No comforters on the beds... No towels,wash clothes, or enough cups and dishes for 4 people.... It took 3 hours to cook eggs, the stove doesn't work properly. Nothing was said or mentioned in any email that the indoor pool or outdoor pools were closed??? Nor the hot tub not working eather.... Gym was not open eather... Parking was a joke, had to park a city block away from the hotel.... So after all this we still get charged a resort fee..... How do you think our stay was??????? P.S. Still waiting on the stove to get fixed....
