Guest Access:

Guests can access the entire property, front yard, and backyard. Free WiFi, driveway parking, linens, and propane BBQ are available to guests. The swings on the property are built by the homeowner, and fun for kids and adults alike.
Guests do NOT have access to the garage.

There is a swimming pool behind the neighbor's house which is NOT available for guest use. Garage is not available to guests.

Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere on the property.

No Pets
No pets are allowed. There are animals, including dogs, horses, and cows, on neighboring properties.

Noise & Respect for Neighbors
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels low during these hours.
Parties are not permitted. Any large, loud, or unapproved gathering will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation of your stay.

Property Access & Safety

Please remove shoes when inside the home.
If you go for a walk, please stay on the property. Do not trespass on neighboring ranches.
There is a seasonal water basin (similar to a small lake) behind the property. You are welcome to walk alongside it or kayak at your own risk, but please keep a close eye on children.

Communication & Assistance
The owners live on a neighboring property and are available if needed. However, please message all requests through the Airbnb app, as this property is managed by a rental management company. Even if you meet the owners, we want to respect their privacy.

Electric Vehicles (EV)
Do not plug in an EV unless a designated outlet/charger is provided. Any damage to the electrical system will result in a minimum $1,000 fee.
